Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

Grateful for this stay because it served the for what I needed it for. We were given the fair information about what we needed to know and I actually slept well during my stays there. Internet connection was great -- was even able to hold a few meetings online. Love the complimentary filtered drinking water provided-- it's one less item for us to get. The pantry was well stocked with coffee, sugar and creamer. I appreciated that there were plenty of washable plates and utensils. It was great that details were thought of what's needed immediately for people who travel and book places like this. I'd definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was incredibly amazing and felt like a true home away from home. The internet connection was reliable which is perfect for remote work. I also felt super secure throughout my stay because the place has 24/7 cctv with the premises. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed , making easy to cook my own meal. Also, Ms Mely was super responsive anytime of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great overall experience.

An absolutely beautiful space. Shermyn took the time to provide us with house shoes, a small hygiene care package, and drinking water so we didn’t have to go out and get it ourselves. Stairs are a little steep, but easily navigated if you’re not rushing. One of the bedrooms boasted a BEAUTIFUL unobstructed view of Mayon Volcano! Strong AC, and a well appointed kitchen if you prefer to cook instead of going out for food. Safe to walk around the neighborhood as well - my husband ventured out around 9pm as well as the morning and felt completely safe, and were even greeted by some very kind neighbors in the area. One thing to note - seeing as this is the tropics, be sure to wash any cups/dishes that may attract any unwelcome “visitors” inside. Thanks so much for the hospitality Shermyn! ❤️❤️

We had a great stay at Proserfida’s place! It’s spacious, quiet, and perfect for studying. We appreciated being allowed to park our motorcycle inside the gate. The aircon, hot shower, and washing machine were all working well. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Only small issue was the fridge—it had defrosted water when we arrived, so we had to clean it. We actually planned to extend our stay but unfortunately, the next day was already booked. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Thanks again! Highly recommended! ❤️

A true hidden gem, skeptical at first due to no reviews but took a risk and it did not disappoint. If you’re into aesthetic photoshoots with the view of mt Mayon and adventurous?, then this is for you.

it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

House is clean and comfortable. The place is near restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, market and souvenir shops. Accessible through major roads and near tourist spots. Aileen is a great host and the neighbors are friendly. They give suggestions on what to do, what to see, where to go, how to go there and what time is the best to go to a place

Good decent spot for a story-stay in Albay. Wifi worked great for video calls. AC in the bedroom was cold. Rooftop with volcano view was great Separate toilet and shower Good kitchen supplies (plates, stove, rice cooker) 5-10 minute walk to places to eat 10-15 minute walk to jeepneys

2nd time to stay here. we absolutely love the peaceful neighborhood. the accommodation was easy to find especially if you pin the water station. the room is spacious, with separate kitchen and toilet with hot and cold shower 😇 this place made us feel like it's our second home in legazpi. will highly recommend to family amd friends and will surely come back next time 🙏

Nice place, comfortable and easy to rest. Just wish there was more around the area as far as restaurants and nightlife. Joanne is very kind and has a very nice helper there to assist.

Very convenient place to stay and close to everything and host and caretakers were good too

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

The overall experience we had was outstanding. The only noticeable thing is the bidet with leakage. But overall great experience, I highly recommend this place! Very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay overall — the place has a lot of good things going for it. What we liked: The air conditioning works really well and keeps the whole space cool, even the living and dining areas. The kitchen is in a separate area, which is great because it keeps cooking smells away from the rest of the place. The fridge works great — it keeps things cold and freezes stuff easily. The warm lights made the space feel cozy and relaxing. What could be better: The check-in instructions were a bit confusing. There were too many repeated messages, and it was hard to find the important info like the entry code and Wi-Fi details. I almost missed them because they were mixed in with a lot of other messages. The Wi-Fi was a big issue for us. The signal didn’t reach the bedroom, and there’s no mobile signal inside either. Since I was working during the trip, this was a real problem. The Wi-Fi also kept disconnecting, and I had to restart both my phone and the router just to reconnect. I

The host was very responsive and accomodating despite the very late check in time. Thank you to ate roxanne as well. The place was cozy and clean. My only negative was the price of the stay and that is located on the second floor.
