Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Propreté impeccable, logement hyper bien équipé, literie très confortable. Chambres pour les enfants confortables et chaleureuses. L'extérieur est très bien aménagé avec la véranda, la terrasse et toutes les plantes vertes. Nombreux restaurants et bars au pied de l'immeuble. Et pour finir nous remercions l'hôte sa réactivité et son accueil hyper tardif car notre avion a eu beaucoup de retard et nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit. C'était un très beau séjour, nous recommandons vivement.

Very beautiful place! everything is thought out.. very responsive and helpful hosts. A small but nice surprise - one evening when we returned home, we were greeted by delicious grapes on the terrace - it was very nice! I definitely recommend this hostel!! Everything was just great! :)

Die Idee von Yiorgos, ein kleines Tinyhaus am Rande eines Hotels zu platzieren, ist einfach super. Wir wurden durch die Hotelrezeption sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten ein super leckeres Abendessen dort in dem Restaurant und ebenfalls das Frühstück ist absolut empfehlenswert. Nicht zu toppen, ist dieses kleine Tinyhouse mit dem sagenhaften Blick aufs Meer und all den wunderschönen Pflanzen und Bäumen drumherum. Einfach einzigartig ! Wir kommen wirklich gerne wieder!

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Όλα ήταν φανταστικά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σίγουρα.

Βρεθήκαμε στο Πευκάλι για 4 ημέρες το Πάσχα. Το σπίτι πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό. Εχει έναν υπέροχο κήπο και σε 2 λεπτά κάνεις βουτιά στη θάλασσα. Η θέα και η ησυχία μας κέρδισαν. Αν θέλετε να ηρεμήσετε είναι το κατάλληλο μέρος και λιγότερο από 2 ώρες από την Αθήνα. Το σπίτι παρέχει όλα τα απαραίτητα . Προμηθευτείτε ό,τι χρειάζεστε από σούπερ μάρκετ και δεν θα χρειαστεί αν δεν το θέλετε να μετακινηθείτε (το Σοφικό είναι στο 20λεπτο με το αυτοκίνητο). Υπάρχουν και πανέμορφες παραλίες πολύ κοντά (αν δε σας αρέσουν τα βράχια κάτω από το σπίτι) στα 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια ή στα 3 με 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο ( το Καλογερολίμανο ή αγαπημένη μας).Εμείς είχαμε και την σκυλίτσα μας που αλώνιζε σε όλο τον κήπο. Και οι τρεις μας περάσαμε υπέροχα!!! Υ.γ: ο Τάσος πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός σε όλα. Ευχαριστούμε και θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!

Heaven on earth! We spent a week at this fabulous house, and cannot recommend it enough. Maria is a caring and wonderful host, and nothing is too much trouble. Dinners next to the sea while the kids played on the beach or in the tree house. Just bliss. We also used the paddle board every day - which was a highlight! Easily walkable to great restaurants too.

A truly magical stay. Dia met up with us upon arrival and made my wife and I feel at home right away. The apartment is amazing and has everything you need, including chairs and umbrella for the beach. Dia sent us countless google map links to attractions such as beaches and restaurants, both locally and some worth a drive. The view from the apartment is truly magnificent with great WiFi allowing me to do a little work on my laptop giving me the best of both worlds. As it is so high up, I would always recommend a hire car though. I'll be going back next year. Get booking !! Nick Nicolaou

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans la jolie maison de Vasileia et de sa famille, la villa est très bien équipée, il y’a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin! De plus, il y’a des climatisations dans toutes les pièces. L’hôte nous a gentiment accueillis à notre arrivée, elle avait même préparé un lit sécurisé dans une chambre pour notre fils de 3 ans, cela nous a touché! Vasileia nous a toujours répondu rapidement en cas de besoin. Nous sommes très contents du séjour et nous y reviendrons peut-être! Encore un grand merci ☺️

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Maria et Dimitris : la maison était très confortable, propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, avec une belle piscine et une vue absolument magique sur la mer, dans un quartier piéton au calme ! Maria et Dimitris ont été extrêmement accueillants (ils nous ont même préparé un feuilleté au fromage, sachant que nous arrivions tard !) et nous ont donné beaucoup de renseignements utiles pour les visites, les restaurants et les magasins. Bref, nous avons adoré et recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse à toute la communauté AirBnB

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und wir konnten aus dem Bett heraus das Meer beobachten. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Meine Kinder und ich waren sehr zufrieden und haben jede Minute genossen. Auf der Terrasse vom Hotel kann mit mit Getränken oder auch Essen den Sonnenuntergang genießen und wir haben uns immer willkommen gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants, Bäckereien und Patisseriem. Wir würden sehr gerne eines Tages wiederkommen.

We waren met 9 vrienden. Elk jaar doen we een stedentrip. Dit jaar Athene. De villa zelf staat zeker in onze top van bezochte accomodaties. Prachtige klassieke villa met grote zeer goed onderhouden tuin voorzien van zwembad, tennisbaan en buitenkeuken voor bbq. Je loopt zo vanuit de tuin de zee in. Super! Andreas is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een prima host! In Kineta is redelijk weinig te doen. Er zijn enkele barretjes en restaurants aan t strand op loopafstand. Er een bakker en kleine super vlak bij het treinstation. Voor de grote boodschappen moet je 5 kilometer verderop zijn. Andreas maakte ons dit gelijk kenbaar en regelde bij aankomst een taxi naar deze supermarkt ,waar we voor t weekend gelijk de grootste boodschappen hebben gehaald. Kineta is vanaf de luchthaven per trein te bereiken, maar deze reis duurt bijna 1,5 uur. Ook kun je met deze trein naar Athene. De verbinding is mooi, maar we vonden de afstand van Athene naar Kineta ver. We hebben enorm genoten van de villa!

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, όμορφη και άνετη βίλα, πολύ καλός και επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης

Sehr schönes Häuschen, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Wir waren in der nebensaison da, daher war es dort sehr ruhig, die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe hatten teilweise schon geschlossen oder haben sehr früh zu gemacht. Wer auf Selbstversorger macht und Ruhe sucht, ist hier in der nebensaison perfekt

Das Beach House war leicht zu finden, Schlüsselübergabe ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Wir hatten den obersten Stock für uns (nicht das ganze Beach House, wie wir ursprünglich dachten!). Guter großer Parkplatz am Gelände, die Wohnung geräumig, von Interieur her gemütlich, aber schon einige Jahrzehnte alt. Es war alles soweit sauber, der Boden nur etwas staubig und ein paar Haare im (sonst ganz frischen) Bettzeug. Wir haben uns trotz kleiner Mängel (wie zb Einbruchsspuren an der oberen Tür, die kaum ausgebessert sind) wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am Meer mit täglich spektakulärem Sonnenuntergang und Terrasse, die praktisch ums ganze obere Stockwerk verläuft, ist super schön und der Steinstrand vor der Tür ermöglicht es, das Meer sehr zu genießen. Es gibt keinen natürlichen Schatten, aber Sonnenschirme im Stiegenhaus der Wohnung (das auch für andere zugänglich ist, weil dort auch Putzmittel für andere Wohnungen verwahrt wird). Im Haus sind 3 Wohnungen, in fußläufiger Nähe kl. Shops, Tavernen,...)

Der Aufenthalt bei Giannis war wirklich schön. Das Strandhaus entspricht den Fotos, das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür! Im Ort selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, womit sich die Umgebung super erkunden lässt, Nafplion ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer gut zu erreichen war und uns regelmäßig gefragt hat, ob noch etwas fehlt. Auch zeigte er uns den Ort und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Dieser Urlaub war ein Stück Paradies auf Erden. Teti und ihre Familie haben uns warmherzig aufgenommen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt: der Strand war einige Meter entfernt und die Stadt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Mithilfe der Tipps von Teti hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub und konnten in das griechische Leben eintauchen. Das ist definitiv nicht unser letztes Mal gewesen und es war dank Teti einer der schönsten Aufenthalte die ich bisher erleben durfte. Ich bin absolut glücklich und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

bonjour, logement conforme à la description, cadre très beau, l'hôte vous fait parvenir des photos qui vous permettent de trouver la maison, surtout quand vous arrivez à une heure tardive de la nuit! cela aide bien ! nous y reviendrons car nous n'avons pu y rester seulement une nuit ! le cadre est magnifique qd vous petit déjeuner sur la terrasse !par contre, logement non adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite à cause de l'escalier en colimaçon !

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft von Konstantinos. Das Haus und der Garten sind super gepflegt und sehr sauber - die Lage super - direkt gegenüber vom Strand und einem kleinen Hafen. Man findet viele Tavernen die fussläufig erreichbar sind. Konstantinos war super nett und gastfreundlich er hat uns immer wieder Tipps gegeben und sich zwischendurch erkundigt ob wir etwas benötigen und am letzten Tag gab es sogar eine kleine Überraschung. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Once again we enjoyed our time at the Akrata Beach Villa and we will come back again. Everything was perfect and we had a day trip to Kalavrita in the mountains where we experienced the perfect Christmas atmosphere. It’s wonderful to travel here in the winter and the air conditioning heating kept the house really warm.

We travel a lot and we've been to many places. This however has been one of the best vacations we ever had. The house is just as it is advertised (a cottage). A cozy nice place with everything you need. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and the three bedrooms with one living room were enough to accommodate all 8 of us (all 4 rooms were air conditioned). The kitchen was fully equipped and with lot of utensils. The highlight of the house is the location and the wonderful arranged backyard of the house right at the sea shore. It is something that you cannot have anywhere else. Angeliki (Gelina) was very helpful and was carrying enough to check if everything is OK with our holiday (although at the time during our vacation there were lot of fires around Athens and she had bigger worries on her own). Thank you Gelina for being such a wonderful host and we hope to be your guests again in the future :)
