Magnificent site with views of the river. Great place for children to play with pool and secure play area. House accommodation is homely with comfortable beds. Very secure and accessible local amenities.

Tatiana is a super friendly host. The house is nice and has practical space inside, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable sofa in the living room and nice kitchen. The house is so close to bus stop and also lots of space on the street and streets around to park a car. Great restaurants and the beach more or less on the door step. I had a great time :)

Des hôtes d’une très grande gentillesse avec des attentions touchantes pour les voyageurs, la communication est fluide, très souriante et sympathique. Le gîte est très propre , bien équipé et correspond totalement aux photos. Nous avons utilisés les bus, train et uber pour nos déplacements ( courses et visites) . Je recommande chaleureusement !

Clara’s is superhost so helpful and responsive . She waited for us to checkin and welcome us with freshly made fruit cake and some Port wine 🍷. I recommend to stay and I love the top floor patio over looking to Douro river and St Don Luis bridge enjoying the sunset.

Bei unserer Ankunft bei der Wohnung, saß ein Frau davor, es war die Nachbarin von gegenüber. Wir glaubten sie gehört zu unserer Wohnung und sie empfängt uns, sie konnte nur portugiesisch und wir leider nicht, aber es war trotz alledem ein schöner Moment und ein tolles Ankommen.

This is a great location and an adorable apartment! João and Rita were very responsive and kind, leaving me local recommendations and a bottle of wine. I loved walking up to matosinhos to surf, walking around foz do duoro and shopping, then getting dinner on the beach. It was so quaint, quiet and special - I would definitely come back.

We had a fabulous week at Lettia. It is about 25 minutes away from downtown Porto and right across the river from Matosinhos; which is a lovely city in itself. There are so many restaurants in the area you can eat in or get take out. The villa was exactly as pictured and our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. We had breakfast delivered everyday which consisted of an abundance of breads and pastries and fresh orange juice. They also stocked the fridge prior to our arrival with cheese, fruit, water, milk, ham and yogurt. You are not too far from the beach and can enjoy Leca da Palmeira or the beach in Matosinhos. The e-bikes were great to use to go the grocery store. Rita and her Dad made us feel right at home and were extremely responsive. Thank you for a terrific stay.

Es war alles wie erwartet. Teresa ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat das einzige kleine Problem schnell gelöst. Wir haben auch ein Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett bereitgestellt bekommen. Sogar erste kalte Getränke waren im Kühlschrank. Habe in der Gegend keinen Garten erwartet, welcher ein großes Plus ist. Als einzige Schwierigkeit würde ich die Parksituation beschreiben, sofern man mit dem Auto anreist.

I loved being across from the park- pretty to walk through as I headed to the historic areas each day. The patio was incredible to enjoy a coffee / read a book. The welcome port & water & coffee was very nice, and a booklet with suggested places to walk/ things to see was really helpful. The toilet is down a few stairs from the sleeping area (wasn’t a problem at all). It was fun to feel like a local. Also fun: The Camino de Santiago Portuguese route goes through the park across the street (which was exciting for me because I had just hiked further north).

We had a great time in the Seaside Studio and Pedro is an amazing host. He gave us great tips about everything around the Studio and responded quickly to any questions we had. He also gave us a really nice tip for a local festival on the day before we left, which made to end of our holiday even better. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location. The view the sea from the garden is really nice and you have a supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants around the corner. Parking is a bit of a hassle around the apartment, but you really don't need a car here, since the bus stop is in front of the apartment.

Staying in Gaia on our visit to Porto was the right call for us. Beautiful sunset views, in my opinion better than the park or the bridge - right from the bedroom balcony - 9th floor. Just a few minute walk to Dom Luis bridge, 10-20 minutes down to the port warehouses and docks. Easy/lovely cross to Porto waterfront. Very comfortable - this place worked great and Sonia is very helpful and communicative.

Terrace place is an enchanting part of Gaia. You will immediately feel at home. The apartment is very clean and cosy. Restaurants, markets and vineries are close by. You can do a lot of things on foot but public transport is easy to reach, too, as are boats or the cable car. Communication with Terrace was very quick and efficient. The view over to Porto's Old Town from the sun deck was incredible. We definitely had a great time and will book again whenever we come to Porto.

The apartment was ready for guests and very clean. I enjoyed staying there — it’s very cozy and has everything you need. There was tea and water available. The only thing missing is a washing machine. But there are laundry places near where you can go and wash your clothes. The apartment is in the center of the city. There are loud parties on both sides of the building, but once you’re inside the apartment — it’s quiet. I think the parties usually happen on Friday and Saturday nights. Anabela was always in touch. I recommend staying at this place — I’m sure you’ll enjoy it just like I did! 😊 Oksana

Un departamento muy lindo , para disfrutar de buenas vistas y a pocas cuadras de las zonas de interés( Puente de Hierro Luis) y cerca del Aeropoeto.

From the beginning, the hosts were very responsive to questions. The apartment is small but it’s extremely clean and the terrace makes up for any needed space. We loved sitting outside in the evening before dinner. The apartment is located in a very “hip” part of the city with many types of restaurants, cafes and bars. Lots of young people in this area - it’s a great vibe. Walkable to all attractions and there is street parking which was a great benefit for us.

This place was super clean. kitchen well organized. Location was superb...close to the Se Cathedral and also the bridge. there are 4 bedrooms which is very hard to find. There was no street noise and the Views were great from the balcony and host was kind enough to provide complimentary port wine and cookies.

Juliana's flat is clean and pleasant, and possesses the amenities for a comfortable stay. It's within walking distance to Porto landmarks such as the Luis I Bridge, Port Wine cellars, Porto Sao Bento, Lello Bookshop, etc. As my flight into Porto was early, I was relieved when Juliana wasn't stringent about the time.

Nothing bad to say about this place besides maybe a bit of noise being close to street, but that was expected. Was clean, well equipped and a great experience. Tons of stuff around there, and close to many good places to eat. Would gladly stay there again.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Pro‘s: -Der Blick ist phänomenal!! -Die Lage ist praktisch und zentral (Bus- und Metrohaltestellen in der Nähe) -Großes Schlafzimmer (ebenfalls schöner Blick!) -Genug Platz -in der Küche soweit alles da was man braucht (ein zweiter Topf wäre schön) -Alles war sauber -Es gibt einen Aufzug (Wohnung ist in der 7. Etage) Cons: -Die Lüftung im Bad geht automatisch an am Nachmittag und schaltet sich erst am nächsten Morgen wieder ab. Sie ist sehr laut und wirkt dreckig, außerdem verströmt sie einen unangenehmen Geruch wenn sie läuft. Man sollte die Badtür immer zum Lüften offen haben. -Keine Spülmaschine -Große und laute Baustelle um die Ecke Insgesamt hatte ich einen tollen Aufenthalt und habe mich wohl gefühlt!

Fantastic spot with views of the water. Very airy, beautiful flat in Mira Gaia and walking distance to the Dom Luis bridge, Clerigos area and Sao Bento train station. (Just be ready for the hills! There is a set of escalators down the river, though not all seem to work all at one time for whatever reason.) Just a few minutes from multiple bus stops and a local market. Quiet area since it is on a dead end street and comfortable beds with all the needed amenities. Highly recommended!

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

The apartment is very beautiful and in a great central area. We went everywhere by foot. The communication with Daniel was perfect, he is very nice and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay there.
