Very enjoyable stay. Photos do not do the house justice. Big living area and great outdoor space. 4 good size doubles - massive king bed and especially liked the private annex. OK sofa bed could potentially be upgraded in living room. Fantastic local recommendations and easy transport links to both town and coast and airport.

We stayed at Rui’s villa for a reunion with 6 other friends and this place was a perfect fit. This villa is beautifully designed and renovated, artfully decorated, and offers all amenities one can expect from a villa. Rui is a great host and was very helpful during our stay. We highly recommend this place!

We had a great time at Joshua's place. The listing is exactly as described and is conveniently located for visiting Porto. We particularly enjoyed the garden, the swimming pool, the welcome and the assistance of Josue's parents and, especially during the power outage that affected the area for more than 8 hours! Thanks to the BBQ, the restaurants remaining closed for lack of electricity, we were able to grill and feed our family of 10…our grandchildren also enjoyed the friendly presence of the pony, the goats and the pig in the pens of the garden. We would recommend this lovely listing.

We stayed at Ariana's 'Garden of Camelias' 4 bedroom home. In our group there were 3 couples and we each had a lovely bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. It is very modern and clean. It is close to a nice park along the river, which was a great place to walk. Ariana was easy to contact and responsive to any questions. The house has a nice garden accessible via a gate beside the house; we did not end up taking time to sit out there.

My family and I had a great time at Marco's place, ideally located facing the sea, close to restaurants and transportation. The apartment, spacious and bright thanks to its beautiful ceiling height, offers a breathtaking view of the sea. A big thank you to Marco for his warm welcome and valuable recommendations. It's my pleasure to come back.

This house is in a perfect location. Easy waking distance to port lodges and attractions on the Gaia side of the river. Also easy walking to access the Porto side across the river. Very comfortable home with spectacular river, city and sunset views. Inês is the perfect host and very responsive. I’d definitely come here again.

I had a lovely stay at Casa da Eira. Jorge was a kind and respectful host who made sure everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. The house is a beautifully converted farmhouse with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed and shower were comfortable, and the small pond with exotic fish added a peaceful vibe. Highly recommend!

An exceptionally beautiful house with a very good price-performance ratio. There are four really nice double rooms, so really suitable for up to 8 people. Three bathrooms, a large and really well-equipped kitchen and the highlight: huge living room and dining room. The garden is also very nicely landscaped (and there will soon be a pool!). The location is fine (purely residential area), but you can walk and cycle very nicely directly from the house. In 10-15 minutes by car to the sea and in 45 minutes to Porto. The house is very well equipped, designed with a lot of love and absolutely recommended!

Just returned from our 2 week stay here. we loved the location, pool and all the amenities. our host was very responsive and helped with suggestions. location was great. Uber rides are very accessible and cheap. I can't wait to come back.

The house is beautiful and looks much smaller in the photos than it actually is. We felt very comfortable! The only pity was that we could not use the garden/terrace as intended, as it was very humid in the morning and there were many mosquitoes. The house is still worth the price and we would recommend it :) Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing stay! The location is beautiful & so peaceful. Close enough to Porto, while providing a nice escape from the busy city. Francisca was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even extending herself to a few surprises that made our stay extra special. I will miss having breakfast outside with the beautiful view of the valley neighborhood. Hope to have an opportunity to visit again. Would recommend to anyone visiting Portugal!
