At the edge of the Perche, former independent caretaker's house of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4 Ha property, with no neighbors except the owner. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my dog and the sheep are there to help you relax for a moment in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

A peaceful haven in the countryside, 20 km from Chartres and on the edge of the forest. The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor dining and barbecue. At your disposal: ping pong table, heated jacuzzi (except from late November to March), bicycles and… Numerous activities: forest walk, hiking, heated municipal swimming pool, golf, ball trap, etc. Cooking workshop on request. Late Checkout during the weekend.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

We are happy to host you in our home in the heart of a green environment. The house has been completely refurbished. Convenient, bright and with two terraces, you will enjoy moments of relaxation for families or groups of friends. The house is fully equipped and offers the comforts you may need: barbecue, garden furniture, kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, double fridge, TV, WiFi internet access.

House which is 15 km from Chartres, 1h30 from Paris. The A11 highway is 10 minutes away, Illiers-Combray exit: No. 3.1 Nearby (3 km to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided.
