Very comfortable and fully covered terrace overlooking a small shaded garden with gas BBQ provided. Washing machine available. This apartment is located a stone's throw from the Baie des Citrons with access through the garden or via the entrance to the residence, secure parking space and storage room if needed.

Apartment, crossing northeast, southwest, very bright and ventilated.

Giant Jacuzzi villa 50 m from the beach.

A 4m swimming spa-pool heated to 39° in winter and left at room temperature in summer replaces the pool. Great for swimming against the current and playing sports. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor hot water shower, a large sofa, a double bed + an extra bed are on site. A connected playstation 4 for children or even the older ones. All this 50m from the beach and bars of the Baie des Citrons in the south district. Pets allowed: A small dog.
