Coming for the we LeMans Classic, we were seduced by its location: close to the circuit (less than 10 minutes by car in the middle of the rush) without the noise inconveniences, while being close to old Le Mans. Excellent we doubled from the Plein Champ festival.... which you can see a few frescoes a few steps from the place! Virginia's welcome was perfect and very nice: discreet and very smiling, she loves her city and sharing it. It was a pleasure to stay with her home .

We had a great trip me in n Le Mans for the 24hour race. Charles’ place is very close to the T1 tram line that takes you directly to the track (about a 30 minute tram ride), it’s in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to restaurants, grocery, butcher, and shops.

We had a great time. The accommodation is quiet, functional and well positioned in the heart of Mamers. A charming 2-person cottage where nothing is missing. It is a beautiful region and 40 minutes from the Alpes Mancelles. Thanks to Lily for her hospitality and discovering her local products. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The place is even more charming than in the photos, very clean and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, close to amenities while being quiet. The host is adorable, very attentive and always available to answer any questions. Small touches (like basic products or local tips) made our experience even more enjoyable. We would recommend it without hesitation and will happily come back during our next visit to the area! Once again, thank you for everything!

Superb mancelle, very cozy atmosphere. The volumes and the terrace are very nice. The location 2 km from the pretty city of Le Mans and 10 km from the Moto GP, perfect! Very pleasant stay, with a small local who welcomes us (the cat). We recommend this property!

Idyllic stay in Sophie's beautiful home. The house is clean and all the necessary amenities are there. The kitchen is equipped beyond what we needed. The terrace and garden are very pleasant, quiet and not overlooked, with armchairs and deckchair to relax. Easily accessible from Paris, parking nearby (in front of the house) Sophie was very flexible on our departure and arrival times, thank you to her, we arrived 2 hours early and were still able to access the accommodation Sophie had left us all the brochures and tourist guides of the places and activities to do around (up to Le Mans) and in addition she sent us a private message with her personal opinions Also very responsive to responses to messages sent. Idyllic stay in a beautiful area, I recommend this accommodation 200% (we will come back, that's for sure ;)) Thank you Sophie!!

Nice house near the city center. Identical to the description. Spacious house. The small garden is a nicer. Very good hosting. Recommended.

With friends with children we had a lovely stay at this house which lends itself perfectly to hosting large groups. The rooms are spacious, the living space is nice and access to the house is very simple. On each floor there is a bathroom which allows you not to step on each other and easily distribute the rooms. My family and I spent a great weekend at Sebastien’s place during the Moto French GP. The house is super nice, perfect for a family of 4. The place was easy to find, very clean and fully equipped, and at walking distance from the city center. Parking spot available too. All the instructions previously given by Sebastien or left in the house were very clear and useful. Sebastien is the perfect host, very proactive and flexible. He even allowed us to stay a little longer to get our stuff after last Sunday race. I highly recommend Sebastien’s place for a sport weekend or, simply, a weekend or longer stay in the beautiful Le Mans. Thanks Sebastien.

The interior of the accommodation was perfect. Clean and tastefully decorated. Nothing was missing. The 2 stairs gave us some problems at first, my wife being visually impaired. The exteriors should be improved: the external staircase especially at the steps as well as the railing. Very good stay, quiet and safe neighborhood.

Delphine welcomed us to a charming house tastefully decorated on all 3 levels. The house is convenient, pleasant to live in. Everything was tidy and we easily found everything we needed. So much so that we stayed for dinner instead of going to the restaurant. We would have liked to dine on the garden terrace but the weather did not allow us to enjoy it. The house is a stone's throw from a tram station, which is ultra convenient for reaching the station or the Bugatti circuit which has its own station (Antarès station). It is also close to the old town which is beautiful. We would highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Le Mans.

Very nice house full of charm in the heart of the medieval city of Sainte Suzanne and Chammes. A house tastefully decorated, mixing old and contemporary. The kitchen is very functional with an adjoining room for the washing machine and dryer. House with 3 floors with a beautiful oak staircase. A toilet on each floor. 2 bedrooms with bathroom on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds on the 2nd floor and its private bathroom. Very good bedding. A nice little enclosed garden with a gas bbq and a nice swing. Everything was great, I would 100% recommend this place. Lots of board games and comics

Despite the unhappy circumstances of my trip (my uncle's funeral), this little haven of peace helped to calm me down. A house, very functional and tastefully decorated, equipped with three bedrooms of a beautiful size, a bathroom and two toilets as well as a beautiful functional kitchen and a large living room, dining room that made me feel at home. My big favorite is the terrace furnished with this green setting or the birdsong that takes you away. Thank you Sophie for hosting us. 🙏😊

Olivier is responsive to the slightest question. The apartment is well arranged. The shower is a little small. It's easy to park. You can always find a place on the street or nearby. The place is also quiet so the stay was pleasant.

Very nice and tastefully decorated townhouse where it's nice to spend a weekend with friends to discover the city of Le Mans. Lovely private courtyards in front and in the back of the house to soak up the sun!
