This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), you will be alone in the entire cottage. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

Located 400 m from the town center of Luché-Pringé, a small town of character with all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, bar, open even on Sunday morning; pharmacy and medical house), our independent house, on one level, with its closed courtyard and large garden, will welcome you. In summer, in the village, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its leisure base. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo, and Lude Castle, and 35 minutes from Le Mans 24h circuit
