Overall great stay, great location, very hospitable and great communication

Rented to accommodate part of my family for my wedding, the Villa proposed by Samira did more than meet our expectations. Well equipped and maintained, it has above all a real charm with many mosaics and magnificent stained glass windows. Samira was also a quality host for both her availability and kindness. Finally, in terms of positioning, you will have to take taxis or rent a car to get around, but the placement of the Villa means that the tourist areas (Marsa, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and even the city center) are rather quick to access. No doubt that I recommend the Villa for a good stay in Tunis.

Faouzia was an exceptional host! Both by his hospitality and his sympathy. During the home visit, she made us feel at home. She has been a valuable tip for knowing where to eat and where to walk. The house is in a strategic location to be able to go to gammarth or sidi bou said. You can come with your hands in the pockets Faouzia takes care of everything. The pool is very well maintained and the house is very well-equipped. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would recommend it 10000% and would definitely be back!

Great and spacious place. Great location, Olfa is an awesome communicator as well. I recommend a few improvements such as including a floor tug at the bathroom, coffee and sugar in the kitchen. Thank you for your hospitality

Had a fantastic stay at Sami and Veroniques place in La Marsa. The property was amazing, with incredible reviews of the sea, and close to local amenities in the area. Communication was quick and easy with the hosts. I would love to return to this property

We had a lovely stay at Villa du Jasmin. The location is very convenient and we also enjoyed the neighbourhood. Our host was really responsive and their nephew helped us on site and was very accommodating in terms of meeting times for the check-in and check-out and for trying to solve an issue we had with warm water. The rooftop terrasse is certainly an highlight.

The place was awesome, the view was captivating and Boris was an awesome communicator, we had some emergency that emerged from our part and he was ready to work with us and help us with checking out, I am definitely coming back for this ! Thank you for the awesome stay.

Good evening, So as for the Villa, it's beautiful! The bedrooms and all the rooms are spacious, it is furnished as if it lived in it so it is not empty. Outside and even more pretty. Extremely well lit with sublime sets of lights at night. Spacious, deep pool, with its slide and diving rooms and especially the waterfall! Garden with clean and well-equipped lawn (table, nice BBQ, swing...) As for Nabil, a welcoming, helpful person! I have nothing to say about renting this villa, I even recommend it! (I even took one more night so much we were comfortable there)

Had a great stay, villa is beautiful and looks better than the pictures. The host was very accommodating and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend and will definately be visiting again.

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Amazing! The home is stunning and immaculate. Truly home design magazine worthy. The pool is lovely and comfortable and a great way to relax and cool off. The roof deck is spacious and also well designed. Beautiful sunsets and a fun place to watch the hustle and bustle of Sidi Bou Said. Location cannot be beat. Communication with the host was a breeze. Kudos to Olfa for creating such an outstanding home and AirBnB experience. Looking forward to booking again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dream Villa hosted by The Landlord. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome package set the tone for a memorable visit. The hosts were fantastic—super professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, which made us feel truly taken care of. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, especially when we discovered there were 4 suites instead of the 3 mentioned, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The space was luxurious, spacious, and meticulously clean, offering everything we could have wished for and more. We had a pleasant stay in this large house! Spacious and very well-equipped, it offers all the comforts necessary for a stay for families or groups of friends. The private pool not overlooked is a real plus, ideal for relaxing at any time of day. The location is perfect: the house is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. A great base for exploring La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and the surrounding area. We particularly appreciated the garden, the sunny terrace, the many bathrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen. My mom and aunt felt at home. The hosting was warm and professional. I would recommend this house without hesitation for a peaceful and successful holiday by the sea!
