Cozy apartment and great location. Very close to beach and restaurants. Beautiful walks to discover along the coast. We had a great time. On this weekend of November 1st, the sun was at the rendezvous. We recommend it without hesitation! Thanks to Christian and Catherine for their responsiveness!

2nd time we stay in this house and always at the top! The view is incredible, the accommodation very well located, facing the ocean, 30min walk to shops/restaurant/port. Regarding the accommodation itself, it is very well equipped, just drop off your suitcases.

We had a lovely stay at Edith's apartment. The latter is tastefully furnished, it is very clean, spacious, bright and very well located. I would highly recommend it.

The accommodation is a 10 min walk from the large Place de Rochefort, quiet street, easy to access, parking spaces in front of the accommodation available, in addition to the box available. The apartment is simple but very clean and small functional kitchen. Finally, the value for money is very reasonable. I recommend it.

Very nice stay with magnificent view. Everything was available, bed linen and cleaning costs could be booked. There was a good response to questions from the caretaker The area is ideal for cycling, safe parking for the car.

Great location in the heart of the ancient city. The accommodation is very well equipped and has lots of charm. Mehdi is a thoughtful host, helpful and eager to make your stay pleasant. The value for the money is great. Saintes is a charming town to discover. I would highly recommend this property.

The location is stunning - just as advertised. Denis & Sylvie were very welcoming & very informative regarding restaurants etc. The accommodation is very spacious & beautifully decorated. The garden is huge but very private & calm. The gate at the end of the garden leads directly to the lighthouse & back on the coastal path to the glorious beach of St Georges De Didonne. It was very convenient for evening strolls & also short way back from restaurants. Sylvie & Dénis were very responsive to any queries & were lovely hosts.

I had a lovely time at Manon's place which is super welcoming and very well-equipped. The accommodation is very well located, near the sea and near the train station. Manon is a friendly host and the communication was fluid. I highly recommend her apartment! Would definitely stay again!

We had a very relaxing stay. The home was beautiful with everything needed. It is accurately described and we weren’t disappointed. The kids, young and old enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and laundry room made coming home a breeze with clean clothes. We stayed just out of summer season so it was pretty quiet and some shops in St Palais sur mer were closed. Large supermarkets were a short drive away. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

A very pleasant stay from the welcome to departure. Without any false notes. Martine and her husband are very pleasant and considerate. Very good contact. Very nice service. Very clean, quality and the hot tub that brings the +++ on the weekend. The location of the rental is ideal with market 5 minutes walk away, hiking trail departure and hunting lighthouse on foot in 30 minutes. Absolutely to be appreciated.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Sophie and Patrice's place! Their kindness and availability really made all the difference. Always ready to help, they've been exemplary and incredibly welcoming hosts. As for the Bapaille cottage, it is ideally located, combining the calm of the countryside with easy access to the main tourist sites. The charm of the house, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. We had a great time at Cathy's house. We were very well guided and hosted by Natacha. The house is very nice, clean, spacious, suitable for families with children and close to the beach, the center and the Super U. I can only recommend it for your future stays.

Very nice spacious and bright apartment, very well equipped with an exceptional view of the sea, completely as advertised. Everything is done on foot: beach, shops, restaurants, ready-to-wear shops........... The concierge is attentive and very responsive to any request and the welcome is very warm.

The apartment is in a very good location just in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk around. It is spacious, very well appointed and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a beautiful place.

A little hesitation when requesting to rent this accommodation... A few previous not very positive reviews mentioning an outdated side or parking difficulties. Alexandre was able to reassure me about this last point because if the box is indeed narrow, if it is not possible to park on the street at the foot of the building, it remains very easy on a nearby street. As for people who believe that the superb view cannot compensate for the flaws of the accommodation, I agree with these reviews! On the one hand, the view is exceptional, few offers on this coast are able to offer better at this price level! On the other hand, if the apartment is not new, talking about dilapidated seems excessive to me... We lived there, an adult and 2 teenagers, with all the comforts we wanted and even more! Cleanliness, availability and kindness of Elodie and Alexandre, proximity to restaurants, bars and shops. Unused heating... Recommended without reservation.
