Vacation rentals with a home theater in Le Grau-du-Roi

Virginia is a great host. Very responsive, attentive and always available in a good mood and a smile. The accommodation was very pleasant, very cozy, very clean and air conditioning in all the rooms at the top, especially with the scorching weather. small downside for the stairs to access the accommodation and also to find a parking space. Anne Valérie and Charles are very responsive and more accommodating (my daughter joined us during the stay, and this was not a problem). Check-in is facilitated by a key box, and the hosts were flexible on check-in time, which is appreciated. A duplicate of the keys is available, which is very convenient when you are with friends or a large family. The apartment is very bright and pleasant. The living room is beautiful. 4 bedrooms available. Note that one of the 4 bedrooms requires you to go through another bedroom to access the hallway, or the entrance, and therefore the toilet. But we take precautions in the evening. We had a lovely stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at Nickø's apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Nickø always responds very quickly to any questions you may have. We visit family in Canet so the apartment is extremely convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Large and beautiful apartment perfectly maintained, with a charming terrace and good location with beaches within walking distance and buses at the bottom of the residence to reach the city center. We really enjoyed staying there and enjoyed Esther's warm welcome and flexible departure and arrival times, it's very valuable! We would definitely be happy to go back. 🐚🐚

We had a great time in this lovely accommodation with beautiful views of the port and sea. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that it is located on a peninsula, which adds a lot of charm to this rental. Our host was very responsive, available and extremely welcoming. We recommend this apartment for a weekend or vacation for two.

Communication with Katia was very good. She was always available, gave us lots of tips, information and suggestions for excursions. An all-around great host. The house of Katia and her family is also perfect. We immediately felt at home and you can tell directly how much love they have put into their home. We stayed with four adults and four children, had a very relaxed stay and really recovered. The pool was the highlight for the little ones, but also for us adults it was a welcome cooling off on the hot days. I'm sure we'll be back 🙂

The manager was very welcoming and accommodating, especially in relation to our check-in and checkout times. The accommodation is well located, right in the center of Palavas on the pedestrian street. Inside, it was very clean and tidy. Lots of kitchen equipment available. And little children's books and toys that were very helpful to us!

We had a great time at this place in Lattes, ideally located: close to the beaches and downtown Montpellier, while being quiet, in a secluded and relaxing setting, like a farmhouse in the middle of the fields. The cleanest accommodation we've stayed in since we started on AirBnb, everything is impeccable! Hi Katia, We booked Katia's small apartment for a two-week vacation, and honestly, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. It's a very nice apartment, well maintained, clean and neat. Everything is as advertised: the amenities are present, and the accommodation matches the photos perfectly. The residence is quiet, and the few neighbors we met were friendly and polite. Katia is a really nice and pleasant person, very close to her tenants. She is responsive when needed, while remaining discreet and caring. We were able to chat several times during our stay, and it was always a pleasure to chat with her. She shared with us good ideas for visits or activities, while warning us about certain places or restaurants to avoid, or those where you have to be vigilant. It was always done with a lot of tact and attention.
