New 120 m2 apartment with large terrace

Great week in this spacious and bright apartment. Trip for 9 (4 adults and 5 children). Magnificent views of the mountains, modern decor, quality materials, very spacious, rare in the mountains. Large living room/kitchen, practical and functional. Everything is designed for families (if needed, baby equipment is available free of charge). Big ++ the 2 parking spaces right in front! Small - to know in advance: the location of the cottage, 6 min drive to the lower village (Grand Bornand) and 11 min drive to the upper village (Chinaillon, departures from the main slopes). Admittedly, there is a bus stop right in front of the parking lot, but only to get on (20 min anyway), but it's impossible to get off, there is no stop right in front, you have to stop at the previous stop or the next one, all 2 to 300 m from the cottage, far too complicated and dangerous with children and all the ski equipment on your back. In any case, we'll keep the address and recommend it!!

Beautiful chalet with stunning views! Amenities that can be improved. Access to the village and the slopes by car or shuttle. Parking for two vehicles maximum and access is very steep in case of snow.

The guide prepared by François is full of good places and was very useful to us throughout the stay. The location is ideal, you can reach Saint-Jean-de-Sixt on foot by a super nice path.
