The stay went very well, the house is very large, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool and hot tub are the highlights of the house. Jacques is really friendly and flexible. We had a lovely stay with the whole family. Chateau de Pouancé is right across the house!

Very nice experience. The cottage is on a large estate, well maintained, green and flowery. It's super soothing, especially for us Parisians. The cottage was clean, the bedding was great, all the amenities you need to feel at home. Very welcoming 😊 A barbecue is available. Pool of the right size, well maintained and above all heated!!! Great welcome by the host when we arrived despite the lockbox! Warm and pleasant! She is available for any questions and is quite flexible with schedules. We can't thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality… We really think about coming back as soon as possible! Happy hosting 😊

Wonderful gite, far exceeding our expectations. Facilities were first class. Located in a beautiful peaceful setting, with a large enclosed garden which was perfect for the children. The hosts, Amaury and Stylite were warm and welcoming and gave great recommendations. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful house to have a great time with family. We appreciated the volumes and the rooms that are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped which is perfect when we cook meals as a family. The hosts are very kind. The garden is very nice and our daughters loved visiting the chickens, horse and pony.

Lovely stay at a renovated historical location. The garden is big, with a swimming pool, the appartment has all the modern equipment you need and there is a great room with all kinds of stuff for kids to play with. Great place to stay for families with young adults.

Emmanuelle and her husband were very welcoming. Their cottage is true to the description and photos, environment, quiet and peaceful, indoor pool for a relaxing moment. Excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Very pleasant and very well-equipped accommodation, quiet with a nice little garden. Véronique was very responsive in all her responses. Very convenient for a wedding at Craon Castle which is located a few minutes walk away.

The house is very nice and clean. The outside is really calm. Small plus when you have children: there are board games and books inside, but also games for the outdoors in the cabin at the bottom of the garden. The check-in process is ideal when arriving late at night, with the lockbox system and very clear directions.

We had a great time at Laurence's, who is extremely friendly and welcoming, while being discreet. We were able to enjoy the pleasant outdoor area: garden and terrace. We felt like we were in a cocoon that was both peaceful and joyful. Our 2 teenagers also enjoyed the welcome of all the inhabitants (including the dog and cat!) without being disturbed by their presence...If we come back to Val d'Izé, we will definitely come back to this charming hostess!
