The workshop is independent from our house (same land). 400 m walk from the train station, 10 from the center, you will be close to transport, shops, restaurants, bars etc. You will appreciate it for its originality, its decor, its great calm and its comfort. Equipped Canal+ Netflix OCS Disney. Perfect for any type of guest, even for families (children over 2 years old). The covered pergola allows you to sit comfortably in the shelter and enjoy the sun until 9pm in summer. Welcome.

Beautiful cozy house close to all commodities

House renovated in early March 2019, with the wish to make it pleasant and cozy, with living room-lounge on the ground floor. Accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped, stovetop, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. With upstairs 4 bedrooms and a bathroom area (separate shower and bath) and a sofa bed 2 places on the ground floor. Located in a quiet area and close to downtown and all amenities.

air bnb allowed us to meet many people, experience and different backgrounds We wanted to continue this adventure by offering an independent studio to our guests This one has just been finished. And yes, it's brand new 🤩 The accommodation is 3min walk from the village, 6 km from Laval, this village is very well served by public transport. From the garden you have direct access to a park (sports course, track for jogging, games, football fields)

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It is small: 14 m2 . Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the maisonette is ideal. The layout is simple, functional, and warm. Only one person is accepted at this property. Our host needs to wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, the cleaning fee (€25) will be requested if the accommodation is not made clean.

Lovely country house, ideal for a long family stay or for a period of remote work. Everyone will have their individual space to work or relax. 2 living rooms, a veranda, a mezzanine area, a large garden . Wifi and fiber allow remote work. Located 1.5 hours from the Breton coast and Paris . Large longhouse, ceiling beams, don't be surprised to meet a few spider wires? I can track them down, there are always some who escape me...
