Vincenzo was accommodating with check-in time. Host welcoming, organized, efficient and probably with values (little touches that not everyone offers!). The accommodation was totally in line with the listing, the apartment is spacious, clean and very quiet. We didn't take advantage of it because we were only there for one night but all the equipment needed for a peaceful stay is present. You feel at home. Good value for money.

The place is very nice, despite being close to a road, the apartment is quite well soundproofed. The gorgeous pool But what we didn't like was finding the beds unmade and there were no towels or clean linens. We had to claim it and they came to bring it to us later. There was also no mop. From what it does to the deep cleaning of the apartment they would have to catch up a little... some spider webs that leap into view, the sofa smells dust and the votroceramica of the kitchen should scratch the accumulated grease a little as well as the kitchenware (pots and pans). Giving the feeling of doing a quick and superficial cleaning. I think if you put these aspects up to date, it's worth spending a few days there, as the place is spectacular, spacious, bright and warm.

Claude's house is a real dwelling with all the useful amenities (except the dishwasher). It's the real AirB&B spirit and not an under-equipped studio. The accommodation is quiet in a suburban area on the edge of fields and close to good shops. It is easy to reach Toulouse via the P+R Balla Gramont car park. Claude is welcoming and responsive. Flexible check in and check out. The city of spaces is close, Thank you so much!

Communication was very good, she answered all my questions. A welcome booklet with all the information is sent prior to arrival. A very friendly gentleman met us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the apartment and answered our few questions. The apartment is beautiful, just as pictured. It is very well equipped, which makes it easy to cook, with many useful little things. The environment is quiet and pleasant, and it is easy to find a place to park. I thank this lady for her warm welcome and will be happy to come back the next time I visit Toulouse.

Great experience at David's , quiet and peaceful the property is exceptional, we enjoyed the house as well as the heated pool, and the park around . The location of the house is perfect 20 minutes from Toulouse and in the middle of nothing! If you are lucky you will see deer in the morning! The amenities and beds are good , special mention for the children's box games , DVDs, coloring…. This was our best experience on site! We'll be back in the spring! Thanks 🙏🏼
