Vacation rentals with a pool in Laure-Minervois

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms have AC. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I recommend 100%!! It was a great time with the family!

Friendly owners, very well-equipped house, located in a very quiet village, a beautiful garden and the best of all, the pool of course. Perfect for a nice quiet vacation, 30 min from Narbonne, Canal du Midi, sea etc... we will come back without hesitation. I recommend it.

My stay was just perfect. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, bright and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to all amenities. I particularly enjoyed the terrace and the jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

We had a great week at Sylvie and Didier's Hacienda. Although a few finishes are not finished (coated, tiled) outside the villa, this does not affect the quality of the stay in any way. The interior of the villa is very clean and functional (kitchen, bathroom, toilet), all with white columns that give a real charm to the house. Finally, the summer terrace as well as the pisicine are superb and we enjoyed it! As for Sylvie and Didier, they are very friendly, natural and warm people.

We were hosted very well by Bertrand who was very responsive throughout the stay, as soon as we had a question or problem. The space was exactly as described, with good facilities and good beds. The presence of air conditioning in each room is a plus. The proximity to other families who were staying nearby went well, and we were able to enjoy the pool at our leisure. Finally, one of the big highlights of the accommodation is its location in the middle of the hills, away from the hustle and bustle and allowing you to really find yourself.

Very nice, functional, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. The geographical location is great for doing everything on foot and the pool is a great asset. In short: you won't want to leave this little piece of heaven!

Very convenient accommodation, with all the essentials for a family vacation. Provision of a very much appreciated baby bed. Very good location, minutes from the beach and shops, in a residence with a beautiful atmosphere. Effective and responsive communication. Small downside, the pool was cold! We had a lovely stay, the apartment was spotless with a large balcony and magnificent views. The services offered are great with heated indoor and outdoor pool and close to the beach and the restaurant on site where you eat very well. We had a lovely time and a great vacation.

Laurette is very nice, welcoming and responsive. The accommodation is conveniently located between the village, the port and the beach. The apartment is very well-equipped, perfect for a couple with a baby. The only downside is that it is very hot in the apartment, Laurette had nevertheless provided 2 fans + the ceiling fan in the living room, which was very much appreciated. We recommend and will come back without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment, well-equipped, location close to bars and restaurants in the port (however, in the port of Gruissan there are no food shops such as bakery, butcher, greengrocer and it's a shame, just a small supermarket). Private parking is a real plus. This is not the host who welcomes you directly. Friendly and flexible staff.

Thierry, Gabriel and his wife were very responsive. Arrival for 11 a.m. no problem to have the keys earlier 🔑 than expected (3 p.m.) nice little apartment. Faithful to the photos, close to everything. Too bad I had to cut my stay short for family reasons!!😪😪I recommend it. You can go there without so much as a second thought. The gulls will guide you.🤣🤣

We had a great time in this very functional apartment. We appreciated the cleanliness, the comfort, its very complete equipment, the calm and its location close to shops and restaurants, everything can be done on foot . Very well hosted by Sylvie upon arrival . Recommended without hesitation.

A wonderful stay, EVERYTHING was incredible. The accommodation, very clean, the neat decoration, all the essentials to be sure to have a pleasant stay. The property is huge. The owner is very attentive and very responsive, a tree had been installed, the house had been heated for our arrival. Very accommodating if he can. We'll be back, that's for sure.
