Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Latin Quarter, Paris

There was scaffolding on the building blocking our view when we arrived but Phillippe immediately offered us a larger apt. to compensate for the obstructed view. The apt. was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were extremely comfortable for our 6 nights in Paris. Phillippe greeted us with a basket of fruits and water and he could not be more responsive and helpful. It was a perfect location walkable to most attractions and extremely close to the Georges V metro line.

Very nice neighborhood, clean and safe, many good places to shop. The host is easy to talk to. Overall satisfying stays in Paris.

Absolutely lovely stay! Host was very kind and responded quickly! The home was comfortable, well decorated and conveniently located. - our only issue was with the parking spot as getting in and out of the garage was really tight but overall the place was amazing!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Paris! The space was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The neighborhood was lovely, safe, vibrant and close to great cafes, shops and transport links. The only thing to note is that the apartment is up five flights of stairs, so just something to be aware of if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. Otherwise, it was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Love the location. Close to public transit and so many eateries. We loved having a big space I.e separate living room and bedroom. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Margot was responsive at all times. Also got a great workout climbing the 5 floor staircase haha. All in all, great stay and would stay here again

The accommodation, although small, is very functional and just as charming. It is also very well located in Paris and Thomas is very responsive to questions.

Be a Parisian for few days, or weeks here! We were happy to discover one of Paris’s most vibrant neighborhoods, filled with authenticity and charm. The apartment itself is a beautiful blend of classic Parisian style and lived-in warmth. You won’t find anything sterile or impersonal here—this is someone’s real home, and you feel that in the best way. It feels like staying with a friend. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with everything you might need right away. Also, just next door there are plenty of places to get everything you might want. What truly elevates the stay is Maxime, the host. Warm, generous, and endlessly helpful, he made us feel welcome from the first message. He has detailed instructions about the apartment and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe with lots of things to do whatever your interests are. The public transportation is a great way to get around. It’s a perfect place to soak in the eternal charm of Paris.

Beautiful complex of 2 houses quietly located at the end of a large private courtyard. Private parking is so cool! And right across the street from the RER metro, that's great! Super comfortable bedding, large private terrace, super clean and super welcoming and friendly team. That's really great, thank you!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

We had a great weekend with the girls, clean and a great jacuzzi! Yasmine was very kind in terms of schedules! We'll be back :)

Rafika is an incredible host, and had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. She was easy to communicate with, and facilitated an easy checkin. The home was spotless and the rooms were perfectly appointed. Our large group loved having their own private bedrooms, and there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. We were a group of 8 adults, and everyone was completely comfortable. The home is newly remodeled and tastefully done. The walk to the public transit was 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and again! If you are considering booking Rafika’s place, just do it! You will be so glad you did!

About 8 minutes walk from RER C station, the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good, you will hear the sound of the next door talking at night, the room is not bad

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Spotless, well-appointed and tastefully-decorated apartment in a great location in the 15th. Quiet street in a good neighborhood with close access to the Metro and good dining and shopping options within easy walk. Alex is a very friendly and responsive host. We look forward to staying here again on future trips to Paris.

We had a wonderful stay in Vincent’s place! From check in to check out, he was an excellent host with prompt and thorough communication. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay but I feel confident that if we had a problem, Vincent would have been on top of it right away. The apartment had everything we needed, was thoughtfully decorated and extremely clean. The location was in a lively neighborhood, a short walk to the Canal, Metro station, and so many great restaurants. It was a great home base for our trip, I would certainly book again in the future! For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite an unforeseen event on our part, I would recommend it 100%.

Good location for a 3 night stay in Paris. Very close to Metro stations. Pull out bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night for a good sleep. Our only small complaint would be the scent of cigarette when you enter the unit but it clears out when you open the windows.
