If you're looking for a place to stay near enchanted kingdom (ek), this is the place. it's conveniently located near Waltermart balibago sta. rosa, where you can take a tricycle to ek. There are also food places to go aside from those in Waltermart. If you're looking to buy pasalubong, there is a Colette's across the highway from the subdivision entrance. Check in and Checkout are hassle-free. there are 2 bathrooms, and the upstairs shower has a heater. Overall a great place to stay, especially if going to ek.

Great place. Near SM MOA. Near restaurants and drug stores. Place is as described. Easy to communicate with the host if ever you have queries. Will definitely book again if ever I'm going to an attend event near MOA. Thanks for the great place.

We had a great stay at this house! The entire home is even better than the posted photos. Elegantly designed, very spacious, complete and working furnitures and kitchenwares, and we enjoyed grilling at the rooftop/terrace! The house is in an exclusive subdivision with wide streets and an open area for basketball and tennis courts. It's also perfect for jogging and outdoor activities. I can say that this listing is very well worth it.

The place was so pristine, and exactly how it's titled — peaceful. The whole are is spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere inside and outside the home was relaxing even if you are just sipping coffee. The host was generous and very approachable. This was an excellent choice of stay.

The house was very family-friendly and is very close to Enchanted Kingdom and Splash Island. Asides from faulty showerheads, everything was clean and one thing I really liked was the air conditioning. When I was talking to the host, they gave clear instructions and answered quickly. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.
