This romantic place to stay offers a history all its own. Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. This house is perfect for couples with or without children, solo travelers or workers. The property has 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed as well as a sofa bed with 16 cm mattress 140 x 190 cm, i.e. 2 beds. A pellet stove is present in the accommodation as well as pellets. Coffee, tea, chocolate and sugar ☕ Pets are also allowed. The grounds are fenced (600 m2), terrace. Woods nearby for walks, hikes etc.

The studio is located on the second floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park their car in the garden. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 Bourges highway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
