Yannick's house is great and we had a short memorable stay. The house itself is very spacious, all rooms have their own bathroom and it's like in the pictures. The biggest perk is for sure, the pool and the views. We would definitely come back.

The accommodation is very well located, small plus for the barriers around the pool especially when you have children! The house is very clean, well-equipped! The host is very responsive & very flexible with the schedule!

Small house close by car to Sainte-Marie, in the middle of nature. Very nice terrace. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Flexible arrival because it's self-contained. Jessica responds quickly to messages as needed.

Functional accommodation, great location in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Stunning views over the cove with unforgettable sunsets. We appreciated the snorkeling masks and tubes available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small supermarkets are available near the accommodation, as well as beachfront restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very friendly and very accommodating. Would do it again without hesitation!

We had a great time at Séverine's place. The place is just as described. The garden is a marvel, very well arranged and quiet. A treat. Séverine is adorable, even if unfortunately we will not have had the opportunity to meet, always a small message to make sure that everything is okay. A big thank you for the delicate attention given as soon as we arrive. That was great.

The accommodation is very large with magnificent sea views. It is in a great location for visiting the north of the island. The owners took the time to meet us at the end of our stay to give us their recommendations for the rest of our trip. We recommend if you want to visit the north of Martinique and a favorite for the Neisson rum factory which is located at Le Carbet.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated villa and superb exterior. All well kept. Special mention to the concierge and in particular Sophie's welcome and Régis's availability and efficiency. All in kindness and good humor. Very nice experience that we recommend and will not hesitate to renew as soon as possible.

Simply wonderful! The villas éden roc are amazing. Everything was spotless, new, very well equipped and functional. You can see the quality details from the construction, to the furnishings, and all the equipment. We had a super quiet stay we really enjoyed the view of the diamond, the infinity pool. Pascal and the whole team were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

We just spent ten beautiful days in Martinique in Sylvie and Jean-Yves' home. this accommodation is just ideal both for its position close to the tip of Les Trois Îlets and its terrace overlooking the pool but also its amenities available. The residence is well kept and is its calm was greatly appreciated. a quick note, especially to thank Stéphanie who took care of our welcome. It's like our entire stay. Wonderful!!! One thing is for sure ... we will come back and if possible to this listing!

We are returning from an 11-night family stay at Julie's Villa and we were amazed by the Villa as such and its location. We were 6 adults and we could have been 8 without feeling stuck. The house is as in the pictures, even better. We loved the pool and covered terrace with the beautiful sea view. The outdoor shower was much appreciated! Sylvie who takes care of the house and her husband are very kind and very available and Julie, who was in France during our stay, responded quickly to our messages. Case-Pilote is a really typical and charming little village, where you can find a few small restaurants by the sea and a delicious bakery in the central square. And from this place you can easily reach all the places of the island, between 45 minutes and 1h20 for the farther parts and depending on the traffic. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Roxane and Bertrand's, the accommodation was exactly as advertised and as expected, and our hosts were very responsive when we had questions or comments. We also enjoyed the welcome basket. We recommend this listing without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay in Petite Anse. The accommodation is spacious and the large terrace with sea and mountain views makes it very appreciated. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a mosquito net (it's very useful). Henriette was also very friendly and available to us. The bathroom would deserve a little refresh. We did not have the pleasure of enjoying the welcome pot mentioned in the listing but the first breakfast.

We spent our last family vacation in Martinique in this bungalow, with my spouse and our 2 1/2 year old son. We were hosted very well by Maurice with special touches. The bungalow is located in a large residence with other bungalows. We were lucky to have very nice and discreet neighbors. The terrace and jacuzzi are very nice, beautiful mountain views and closed from the neighbors' view so very private. I love being woken up by the rooster in the morning and enjoying the terrace and the awakening of nature (watch out for mosquitoes early in the morning though), but this rooster is not always very reliable haha 😂 in the surroundings, it's rather quiet, we were there during school holidays, no noise in the school next door (after, it wouldn't have bothered me). Everything we needed was provided in the accommodation, even mosquito necessities, we didn't need anything. Klarys was really great, thank you!

The accommodation was largely as described, everything was very clean. There were a lot of flyers for activities, it's great! The only negative point, but which has nothing to do with the hosts, was the two dogs on the street that we heard barking at night. Otherwise this place is perfect and largely meets our expectations! The hosts are very welcoming and available if needed too. 🤗

Accommodation complies++ to our expectations. The A/C works great, it's very nice. The value for money is very good. Audrey is very responsive and welcoming. The accessibility of the accommodation is not easy with the stairs and suitcases but this is ok when you have a good condition. The parking spaces located at the side of the road downstairs are convenient because very often free.

I've booked Deborah's place for my parents. They had a great time. The accommodation is very clean, quiet, impeccable bedding. Deborah is super responsive. I recommend it and we'll be happy to come back!

Very pleasant and peaceful stay. Well equipped house with a beautiful terrace. The owners are kind and very responsive. Ideally located to visit all of Martinique from North to South. I recommend them to you.

My stay at Maureen's place was relaxing. Indeed, the studio is located in a rather peaceful area. We have a view of the Atlantic coast. One can enjoy a garden area with furniture available (table with parasol, benches, sun loungers. The interior is spacious and nice. Maureen is very responsive and friendly.
