Lovely family stay, great sized pool, everything was provided and looked like the pictures. Beautiful views from the balcony area, great to have breakfast with the multiple seating areas. Beautiful home, Connie is an amazing host and has thought of everything that is needed for a great stay.

Great location, close to everything we needed. Beautiful sun deck. The house itself was well presented and had everything we needed for a family of 6. We had a pickleball set up in the garage/ enclosed area. The kids were living between this and the pool. Will definitely book again!

Most beautiful and relaxing air bnb I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Amazing Host always communicates and goes above and beyond. Had my 40th ladies only weekend and we all felt right at home. Sooo much to do relaxing and away from town but not that far it is only 5min drive to Yeppoon central. Didn’t want to leave that’s how amazing this home was. And yess us ladies went on the slide and that swimming pool was beautiful. I will definitely be back with my family. A++++ Highly Recommend to everyone this is a must stay.

This is a great house for a group of friends. It’s in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We particularly liked the outdoor area and swimming pool. The snooker table was a bonus which provided hours of fun. It’s a short drive to Yeppoon Lagoon and town centre. We will be back.

What a great stay for myself and my family! The house was great and provided lots of space and plenty of entertainment. Joanna was extremely responsive and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

Is in a great location and very close to the local mall that has everything you need. The house was well equipped, with a homly feel and there was plenty of room.

We have stayed in air bnbs all over Australia and with young kids it’s hard to find one family friendly and safe for young ones and this one was one of the first that allowed us to fully relax. Furnished pretty to make it feel like home. It’s a quick walk to an amazing beach, fantastic neighbours and has everything you need! Less than 15m from Yeppoon this is such a beautiful spot.

We had a great stay the house was perfect and welcoming. Great walks on the beach and up the hill. Quiet road for kids to ride bikes or cross to the beach. The sunset views from the deck are amazing.

The house is beautifully styled, with the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. But what really took our breath away were the gorgeous view of the beach 🏝️ line, weather we were sipping on our coffee or enjoying a glass wine in the evening ,, the views from the veranda was absolutely stunning. This beautiful gem by far exceeded my expectations, it has everything you need well equipped with all your essential items and was well suited for my family of 5, myself, my partner & 3 young children. You will not be disappointed with a great pool in the yard to cool off and the playground for your little ones to enjoy. The location was great as it’s close to everything you’ll need, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, & servos. The hosts are absolutely great and was quick to answer any queries I had during our stay. Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back again!

It's called 'The Charma" and that's exactly how you would describe this place -'Çharming" I wished the walls call speak as the house holds lots of history and so many stories. It felt homely as soon as we opened the door. Great kitchen area, followed by a spacious living area with four couches. The outside/pool area with two gazebos was well used. Pool towels also provided. Plus an outside table where we had all our meals. Upstairs are four air conditioned bedrooms with comfy beds and nice linen. The towels where big and soft. From the breezy outside veranda you can view the grand cathedral adjacent. A Woolies and lots of places to buy food of all kinds are close by. Our friendly host Steven was quick to respond to all my questions. Nothing was a problem. He let us keep our packed trailer in his garage till later in the day, after we checked out, which was very helpful. We loved this house, big and roamy for 10 people. Highly recommend and hope to come again for a longer stay.
