Jyoti's place was perfectly clean and tidy and had everything you would need. The room was spacious, along with the kitchen, and not to mention access to the terrace was a real luxury. I was at Jyoti's place during Tihar, so I had the chance to sit on the terrace and watch the fireworks in the evening. Jyoti's communication was great. Very responsive and helpful. He even helped me coordinate with airport staff to relocate my luggage which had been delayed in arriving to Kathmandu, and have it delivered to the house. Without Jyoti's help this would have been much harder Jyoti also included me in his celebrations of Kukur Tihar with his two beautiful and friendly dogs which was a real joy. Overall Jyoti was the perfect host and I'd definitely recommend staying at his place.

Best experience we had with an Airbnb yet! Ravina's apartment was comfortable, quiet and cozy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is affluent and very quiet and private. Ravina was very good in communication. Mahendra, the caretaker was very helpful. Whenever we needed anythinghe was there to help! Thanks for a most amazing experience!

Fantastic place to stay. Sachin is an excellent host who is always a call away. The place is quiet, peaceful, and cosy and it will definitely make you stay at Kathmandu worth it.

Loved the place. The owner was wonderful recieveing us late at night and was helpful with guiding us the route. the house was clean & tidy. Garden was beautiful and perfect for kids to play. would love to visit the place again. worth every penny.

My son and I stayed at Rabin's unit for two weeks in February because my son was playing a tennis tournament nearby. About the place: We stayed at the unit with the attached kitchen and bathroom - the unit is exactly as in the photographs, clean, roomy and has a small kitchenette. Rooms were cleaned once a week, and fresh linen and towels were provided. What struck me the most is that Rabin is the most genuinely nice and helpful person I've met. For example, when my son's shoes gave way in the midst of the second week, Rabin personally assisted me in getting them repaired. Rabin, his lovely wife, and his wonderful parents made us feel at ease and safe - they took excellent care of us! added bonus: Rabin is a good cook!

Extraordinary home with unique historic restoration filled with intriguing books, paintings, photos, Nepali furniture and rugs, gorgeous quilts. Ben was out of town but consistently available & Chechee who lives within the garden/compound was friendly & available & took great care of us & the home. Everything was convenient and comfortable. Ideal location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's spacious and comfortable with stable internet. They have a very lovable dog that makes the apartment feel more like home. The area is safe and very walkable . For those visiting with children, Oops Nepal is 3 minutes away walking and our son loved it there. It's a huge and very modern trampoline park and arcade. Bipul and his family are very kind and accommodating. The only negative for us I would mention needs updating in the description is a washing machine is listed but not available.We are family of backpackers who visited during Dashain when all the laundromats were closed for a week. We had to go purchase additional clothing which we then had to leave behind.

Serenity Stay is located within the Boudha stupa compound and offers a full view of the stupa from the bedrooms. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy the view of the stupa and do the circumambulation. The apartment has a washer and drying rack, making it easy to do laundry. There is also an electric fireplace, which is great for winter. The shower is good, and hot water is readily available. Jamphel, the host is extremely friendly and helpful. He is also very responsive to any questions. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Serenity Stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.

He is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The place is clean , there’s good restaurant within 1-2 minutes reach. Thamel is 10-15 min by motorbike.He even invited me to the terrace for a barbecue. I recommend this host to everyone. Everything was great. This place has policy that you will need to return home by 11 pm, if that works for you, this is definitely worth it.

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.

Amit was an excellent host! Super friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is also great if you're looking for a stay close to the city but a little more removed for a peaceful and local feel! The place was just as described, very homey :)

The airbnb was very spacious and easily accommodated all 8 of us. Anu the caretaker was extremely patient and helpful, always just a phone call away. Riya was very responsive as well. Great value for money at this airbnb!

Amrit is the main reason for the high ratings he receives from his guests including us. . He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off. One particular flight had been delayed late into the evening yet Amrit insisted on picking us up. These gestures make all the difference. He was always responsive to our needs...goes the extra mile. The apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of facilities and location. The complex has a functional gym and a swimming pool which is not heated. Would be very happy to stay again and indeed we are hoping to return with family in the not too distant future..
