Lakefield fishing places to stay

Spacious, clean home. It was perfect as a half way point to meet up with friends. Nice big table for the six of us to play games at. Lots of bathrooms for all three couples. Comfortable beds. Enough parking for four vehicles.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakefront home! Faraz and Zahra were incredibly friendly and responsive hosts, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The house was spacious and perfect for our group of 8, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. The open-concept kitchen and dining area was a highlight—ideal for cooking group meals while taking in the stunning view of the lake. We spent a lot of time out on the dock, where we could kayak, paddle board, and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. When the weather cooled down, the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind. We also loved gathering around the bonfire in the evenings. All in all, a perfect getaway spot. We would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Stjepan and Irina were very welcoming, and friendly. Very easy to communicate! We enjoyed all the amenities, the view was breathtaking, perfect for our group of 10 people!

The place is filled with love of Pirabakaran, we can feel the efforts on all the items and supplies he provides to make our living experience way much easier and nicer. The house and space are nice and comfortable, recommended for having a relaxing lakefront cottage/house getaway with the people you love. amenities are good: kayak, floating, fire pit, huge lakefront backyard, bbq grill, pool table, darts, big living and dining area

This was such an idyllic spot for our ‘baby moon’ vacation to PEC! The house has all the amenities you need and a fully stocked kitchen for foodies to create culinary delights. A cocktail shaker and nice stemware for drinks! There is a record player with a cool mix of records to play. The hot tub with early morning coffee was *chefs kiss*. Easy drive to Wellington and lots to do in the County. But the best part of all — the endless lake view from the sunroom windows!! So relaxing. Can’t wait to book this place again!! (Also, for any bird nerds out there, great sightings from the backyard!!)

Addie’s home is beautiful and provided a nice getaway for a relaxing vacation. Addie was always responsive and answered any questions we had within 10 minutes. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time at Angie's place! Everything was very clear, clean and easy—instructions were left out and amenities were provided. The hot tub was a great bonus to the weekend. We even had a delayed car picking us up, and Angie was very accommodating and understanding about letting us stay slightly longer while waiting for its arrival.

Brett was an awesome host. Was always super responsive and helpful. His cottage was such a relaxing time for my family and I. The backyard was very private and great for my dog to run around in. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing, and using the fire pit!

This place was amazing and very clean.. They had almost everything we need. I really loved this place and we enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, playing ping-pong and also we enjoyed staying outside with our bonfire. The best part was the hot tub we had time to sat in the hot tub while talking great memories with friends. I highly recommend this place to those families that need peaceful and enjoyable vacation or time off like us.. We drove 5 hours from Windsor and my friends drove 3 hours from Ottawa... The 2 kids were having fun playing with the arcade.... Thanks to the host...

From the word go, loved the vibe Sarah and John exhibited via their communication. They were personable and descriptive in providing tailored suggestions, suiting our travel. Had a beautifully crafted guide that covered a wide range of topics around the house and in and around places, making things easier and clear. Upon reaching the house, the first view of Lake Cameron is awesome! Check-in is easy and digitized and the house is supremely clean. You sense it being setup with love and care with nice paintings, modern yet thoughtful furniture and all kinds of amenities placed precisely, where needed. Must congratulate the duo but also their team who does a wonderful job! Definitely going to book again. P.S. - Don't forget to checkout the amazing backyard. Awesome for morning walks :)

Ryan is without a doubt a great host. I had an issue and I contacted him before 9am on a Saturday morning and he responded within minutes. He was always available to help out and is very caring. His home is just beautiful. The pictures I took of the lake reflect the beauty of the place and the cottage is very peaceful and it’s indeed a great place to unplug but don’t worry because there is wifi and the phone reception is very good as well. My family and I really enjoyed our time there. Thank you Ryan for making this an unforgettable trip for us!

This was our first experience with AirBnB and it was very positive overall. If available will certainly book this one in the summertime to take advantage of the scenic area.

The place is beautiful! Even better than the pictures. The hot tub was so relaxing and the view is gorgeous. Lots of privacy for a quiet getaway. The place is very clean and Jess is a great host. She’s very friendly and responsive and also gives you privacy which we really appreciated. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the host has even thought about the small things! We loved this place and I would definitely recommend it!! We would love to visit again! :)

This is a cozy, clean, and beautiful cottage where we had a wonderful weekend with our friends. The host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. The only downside was the late check-in time (3 PM) and early check-out time (10 AM), which felt a bit restrictive. Overall, it was a great experience!

Stephen's Cottage was an absolute blast for our recent getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the abundance of fun activities both inside and outside the cabin. It truly offered the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. One of my favourite activities was waking up each morning and feeding little critters with bird seeds and nuts provided by Stephen. It was unique and unexpected experience that added a special touch to our stay. Stephen was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent and there was ample information provided in the cottage for us to get oriented when we arrived. He was an absolute pleasure to rent from. We had such a wonderful time that we're already planning on coming back next year! If you're looking for an amazing escape with plenty of nature, fun, and a truly fantastic host, look no further!

Tim was a great host. The cottage is a lovely little spot on a serene lake. Great place to getaway from the city. The screened in porch is a lifesaver if you go up in bug season.

This was our third year staying at Paul’s beautiful spot on the river. As a group of seven seniors this spot is extremely suitable for our needs to be on one level. A perfect place for a larger group. Thank you Paul for letting us enjoy your clean, easily accessible home for our holidays. Hopefully see you next year.

This cottage is very conveniently located close to Brighton and Presquile Park. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Instructions were very clear. The hosts responded to any questions we had within less than 30 minutes, and were very helpful. There are a number of stairs, both inside & outside, but we knew that from the pictures. Thank you for being great hosts!
