Situated a short work from the main strip the house is well located and within walking distance to shops and the beach. The house is clean and tidy and has good cooling, cooking and furnishings. The host is friendly and provides ample communication to ensure you are able to check in without hassle and enjoy your stay to it's maximum potential. I highly recommend the property to other guests.

I stayed here for months and I will always come back to this place for my business trips! Very clean and modern apartment. The host Dave is super friendly and forthcoming as well as the cleaning staff. Check-in/out is easy and flexible. Laundromat and dryer always available for free. Parking is right in front of the door. No noticable noise from the neighbors, only birds and crickets. A Park and a lake are in walking distance - the perfect getaway after work. Thank you Dave!:)

Grant’s Unit was absolutely amazing It’s exactly what you see in the photos Spotlessly clean, beautiful linen & towels, Comfy beds, air conditioning in the lounge room and ceiling fans in both bedrooms & the lounge Thank you Grant for the extra’s you left in the fridge for us 😄 We loved how you can have breakfast and sit at either the kitchen table or the outdoor seating and look straight at the water/boats, so relaxing You can park your car in the driveway or the garage which was great The unit sits on a bend in the road and the traffic can be busy during the day but at night to sleep it’s totally quiet If you want a beautiful relaxing holiday in Lakes Entrance, definitely stay at Grant’s unit

Tamara’s apartment was a great stay, close location to where we needed to be, perfect for a weekend stay or longer. Comfortable beds, the split systems quickly warmed the apartment. Beautiful area.

Fred's and Judy's place is very lovely and neat. I love the view and sitting in front of the window to have a meal. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely apartment with amazing view. Well stocked kitchen which made catering for ourselves very easy. Slightly unusual layout but suited us well.

We had a lovely stay at Spotted Gum, the apartment was so clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need . We would recommend this accommodation.

Exceptional stay! Caroline’s place exceeded our expectations and was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Serene surroundings, stunning sunset views and thoughtful hospitality. Perfect getaway and highly recommended.

Our second visit to Susie's place, so we felt right at home. The space is fresh and clean with everything...and more...that you would need. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, bowls, utensils and sharp knives. Susie left us a gift of goodies. Lovely area to walk in. Susie is easy to communicate with and is responsive. Our dog has been with us on both visits and she loves it at Susie's.

Excellent location walking distance to Woolies. Beautiful soft comfortable linen and bedding. Clean house, quiet location and surroundings, great value for money. Would definitely recommend and return.

Have stayed at John’s place 3 or 4 times now and will be back again. John is a great host and the property is comfortable with everything we need. John’s flexibility and communication are greatly appreciated, I highly recommend this property as a place to stay in Paynesville.

This house was just perfect for the large group we had. Had plenty of pillows, bedding and kitchen and living was very spacious too. Had 2 large TVs too, perfect for the kids and adults and it was only 3 min drive to the beach which was perfect for the kids. Debi was a wonderful host, very responsive when we messaged and checked in to ensure that we had everything we needed and we had a memorable stay. We will definitely stay here again.
