The house is light, open plan and surrounded by lush courtyard gardens. We live downstairs and are available to assist with helping make your stay in Albany as pleasurable as possible.

Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

Well what can i say this place was absolutely perfect and so peaceful with beautiful surroundings, it was so clean and the property surrounding the property was very well kept, loved seeing all the different wild life, my brother in law who came across from the uk loved watching the kangaroos from the patio every morning and afternoon. The property was very cleaned and well stocked with everything we needed. Our miniature dachshund had an absolutely fabulous time in the enclosed yard and we got some fabulous photos of her around the property. Thankyou for giving us the privilege of staying in your property with miss molly our dachshund…

This is a great place to stay! Michael is very friendly and has heaps of information about local hikes to do. It is a perfect cottage for three adults, with two bathrooms and a good set up. Lots of detailed maps of local hiking trails are provided, and Mike is only too happy to have a chat about the history of the area, his family's involvement in the area, and lots more! Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, and that was a good thing, as cooking is a must here, as there aren't many options nearby for dining. Mount Barker is not far away though, so groceries can be obtained. The nearby Karribank place had nice sandwiches for lunch and good coffee. Would definitely check them out for dinner next time, as it seemed a great place with quality food. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back here!

This house was a perfect getaway for 3 couples. Great location very very clean and well equipped with all appliances and utensils. The outside area with that fantastic river view was so inviting. Lovely comfy beds and linen. Easy drive to river mouth and beach and great walks, wineries and restaurants near by. Hosts very responsive. All in all a fantastic time!
