House vacation rentals in Lake Rotoiti

I would like to say that Rose & Wal were very welcoming, especially after a very long drive from Taranaki to Tauranga due to an unfortunate crash on the Awakino gorge. Everything was really cleaned and fresh. Next time i would like to bring my family and spend a good couple of days to enjoy the beautiful city more. Thanks again Rose and Wal.

Fantastic accommodation and hosts. The house is lovely and well equipped. The back deck and pool area is amazing. Very secluded. The hosts were also very helpful at returning a couple of items left behind. Top accommodation.

The Redwood Retreat is the most amazing place. It offers everything you could wish for. Everything in this house is thoughtful and well-appointed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our holiday there, even when the weather turned nasty for three days. This house offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure and activity. Thank you so much for the most beautiful time we had.

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! Very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every corner of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool/trampoline. Great location for Golf enthusiasts or just down the road from a Mountain Bike trail/hike. Highly recommend for large groups. Tatiana is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Catherine's place exceeded all expectations. The space itself was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for relaxing, spending time with others, or just enjoying some quiet downtime. There were plenty of things to do, which kept everyone entertained throughout the stay—whether it was exploring the surroundings or enjoying the pool, reading books and playing the piano. What really stood out, though, was Catherine's hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving a handwritten note and some thoughtful snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. It's those personal touches that really make a difference and show how much she cares about her guests’ experience. Everything about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I honestly can’t think of a single downside. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway.

Five of us spent two nights here and it was fantastic. Lovely home, lots of space for everyone to spread out, amazing location- we walked to the beach easily, and to the shops and restaurants in The Mount. Would 100% stay here again! Also, Sienna was extremely helpful and easy to reach. Loved everything about our stay.

This home is stunning, and although it was a foggy day, the view is probably spectacular. We took in the evening stars, which was beyond beautiful to enjoy.

Absolute a great place to escape and relax for a family or 2 couples! Warm, very well maintained and how can you beat waking up to the sunrise coming out of the ocean!

Amazing place. Definitely the best airbnb we had on our 3 week NZ trip. Very private, nature all around which can be enjoyed thanks to the big windows. Well equipped kitchen, super clean. Can highly recommended!!!

Peaceful location with amazing lake views. Very clean and tidy, and the fully equipped modern kitchen made us feel right at home. The welcome treats were a lovely touch. Loved the kayaks, firepit, and the well stocked games cupboard. Would definitely stay again.

An exceptional place to stay and the hosts have put so much time and effort into lots of details around the property. Couldn't recommend it more - it was an absolute stand out in our trip around Aotearoa New Zealand!

Close to water, big and spacious. Well equipped for air BNB. our youngest loved the bunk bed room and the space invaders. We loved the games room. Only one usable pool cue though. Rotorua is cold this time of year so was grateful for a fireplace.

Loved staying at the blue cottage with such a kiwiana feel to it. Great location and very peaceful. Highly recommend

Beautiful stay with Faith! Very cosy and comfortable accommodation for our 2 nights there. It was near everywhere we wanted to go (Redwood forest, hell's gate, te puia, town for groceries and souvenier shopping) in a very nice quiet location. Bed was so comfy we had a very good sleep after driving around. Faith was also very friendly and we had a good chat with her. She even gave us recommdations on what we should do and told us where to go for a beautiful sunrise. One of us left the charger in the unit and she post it out for us. Super helpful and much appreciated! Thanks for making our stay memorable. We wish you all the very best!

We had a great stay at Sonia's place. The house was comfortable and clean, and walking distance to Lake Rotoiti. We enjoyed all the animals, a highlight was collecting a couple eggs from the coop. Thanks for having us, will defo stay again.

We had such a good time kids enjoyed every bit of the house mainly found them all in the theater room, not far from city centre but also far enough for a peaceful sleep. beautiful view waking up to it every morning was stunning ! thank you so much for having us. everything as described. recommend, it's a must stay . thanks again norman.

The house was a great place to stay while we explored Rotorua. It was convenient to many of the tourist attractions we were seeing and the home was a peaceful place to come back to at the end of a busy day.

Great stay and awesome accomodation. Exactly as described and bigger. Luxury bedding and linen plus plenty of space for the kids. Not too far from town, convenient location. We appreciated the fireplace and games/toys. Would absolutely stay again.
