Beautiful cottage in an awesome part of Newcastle; close to nature, beach and nice towns with all the essentials. We recommended to the owner getting some low-tox cleaning products and perfumes as they were accessible to our young toddler, and we are sensitive. Other than that, highly recommend.

Thank you Yang! We had a fantastic stay at Caves Beach. Yang’s house was beautiful — comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach, local cafés, and the bar. Caves Beach itself is the perfect spot to unwind, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including plenty of games to keep the kids entertained.

Our holiday at Helen's lakeside property was absolutely fantastic! The location could not have been more perfect, right in front of a serene lake with picture-perfect scenery. The view from the property was breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable stay. The spacious outdoor deck allowed us to fully enjoy the natural beauty around us, whether we were having meals, playing games, or simply soaking in the view. Inside, the house was just as impressive—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that Helen has taken great care in maintaining the property, and it made our family feel right at home. What made this holiday even more special was the fact that it was a multi-generational trip with our children and grandchildren. We found the cottage very comfortable, with all appliances we could wish for. It was close to shops, just across the road. The backyard was perfect and well fenced for the dogs. Whilst we were staying there, we noticed the air fryer recipe book. After looking through the book, we were so impressed, my husband ordered one on-line straight away. The cottage is in close proximity to John Hunter Hospital.

We had an amazing stay at Murrays Beach Retreat! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to beach, Shops and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with Angie was excellent—she is friendly, responsive, and went above to make sure we had everything we needed. Kids especially loved the play room and table tennis. They wrote their thanks in the notebook 🥰 This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we’d definitely will come back! Highly recommend!

Great stay, clean, tidy and felt homely. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Easy to get to most places within 5 minutes by car. Would stay again when we come to Caves Beach.

The home was comfy and equipped with everything we needed. As it rained a lot it was great to have the smart tv and games to play. As a get together for three long time friends it was the perfect place to unwind, have nice meals at nearby Beaumont St and just enjoy our time catching up.

Beautiful home, great location, clean and tidy and had 5 seperate beds which was a rare find in the area. The pool was a lovely touch. The host was very friendly and communicated so well. We had a stress free stay there with no issues whatsoever. Thank you Tara!

Very good place. Worth visiting

The whole house was just right for us. 6 adults and 2 toddlers and a baby. Hannah even offered a cot and high chair for us. She is very responsive and thoughtful. She even left some Easter surprises for us in the fridge. It was great having the outdoor balcony upstairs too so we could relax (as much as you can with little ones around) and enjoy the view. We used the house and pool a lot as the children are so young. Great location and a wonderful home.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, had a beautiful view, and offered plenty of space for us and our dogs to relax. It was great to find a spot that was truly dog-friendly—our dogs felt right at home. The backyard was secure, and there were lovely walks nearby. Carly and Katie were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for anyone travelling with pets!

Really great place! Went away for a weekend getaway with my family and was so nice to be able to take my dog with us. The only thing that would make the place better is if the pool was heated! We were all looking forward to going swimming, but unfortunately we had cold weather and the pool was too cold for us to use - which was disappointing. Otherwise, great place and would recommend :)

Pool was well used by our 5 yr old and the outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows was a hit! House was completely as advertised. Lots of room to spread out Great communication from the hosts too. Recommend the bowlo for an easy night out too. Super walkable and excellent meals

Beautiful, comfortable apartment that feels like home! Well-styled home, spacious with high ceilings, natural and stylish feel with beautiful indoor plants. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Extra touches such as heated floor in the bathroom, PS4, piano, yoga mat, weights, coffee machine and even coffee beans! Lots of condiments available in the cupboard and fridge. Household essentials were of high quality. Super-friendly, responsive and accommodating hosts who know the area really well.

The house was spotless clean and very well equipped with all the amenities needed. The location is great too, just a very short walk to the nearby bus stops.

Great house in a peaceful rural setting with lovely styling and pared-back furnishings. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (and dog) to relax and enjoy the bush surrounds. Kids absolutely loved the flying fox, too (I think the whole suburb heard their screams of joy!).

We had a wonderful weekend away, easy drive off the freeway, would recommend couples to stay. With quiet surrounds, and beach views from 2 balconies. INCREDIBLE location for big groups and events! I had my 30th weekend here with close friends and family, and we had an absolute blast. The highlight was the Lemon Tree bar and clubhouse! The weather was beautiful too, and everyone felt very comfortable. Riley was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We travelled as a couple with our two pups and enjoyed our stay at Kelly's place. Kelly was a great host, the place was lovely, plenty of room and very well equipped with added extras that were appreciated. The location was also great for our day trips to the Hunter region and various dog friendly beaches. Thanks again for a great stay!
