The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the first floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Historic farmhouse in a quiet location

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
