We had an amazing time in Osaka, and a big part of that was thanks to Yui! She was a wonderful host warm, helpful, and always quick to respond. The place was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Our family of five felt right at home, and we made some unforgettable memories during our stay. We had an amazing stay in Osaka! The apartment was exactly as expected — super clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it really felt like a home away from home. The location was great too - easy to get around and close to everything we needed. Everything was fine. They were clear and responsive when you needed it. The place was nice and peaceful—a good location between the two main stations.

Wow! We are left with no words for how great this stay was. Everything from start to finish was taken care of. Clear communications and instructions, free supplies like water, shampoo, shaving Linge etc- basically anything you could need was there. The room is pretty spacious and the bathroom and toilet are clean and big as well. Very comfortable and close to the city, we walked everywhere (except for big tourist attractions, those are a 20 mins away with subway). Amazing, thank you!!

The host -Seiko was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for—truly a perfect home away from home! Communication was seamless throughout our stay, and she was always quick to respond to any questions. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort and experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would gladly stay again!

Really lovely stay! It was very clean. Many towels, pillows, blankets were provided. It was a fairly quiet area. The air conditioning was great. Would recommend this location if you are trying to stay closer to Gion. It is further from the train station, but everything is pretty spread out in Kyoto.

We felt at home in Tony’s place. He met us at the station, helped with the bags and at checkout brought us to the bus station. He gave recommendations and tips and was very responsive before and during our stay. We will book this place again on our next trip to Osaka.

we were 8 adults and each had a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We even watched movies and really enjoyed the big round and tub. we forgot an expensive watch by accident and they shipped it to our next location in another city the same day!!!! Nearby is a convenience store and plenty of bus stops. The market nearby was also a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone who values cleanliness and good location. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was so nice to have even in May. Checking in was just entering a code on the door and letting the host know we arrived. They even let us in a few hours earlier. We knew they were always available but we never needed anything since the place was pretty perfect. The only thing is that the washing/drying machine takes over 2 hours. But most do in Japan. Beautiful place and professionally maintained.

We had a great stay at this home. Our group of 6 comfortable stayed amongst the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Like most Japanese homes, the toilets and shower rooms are separate. This home had 2 toilets and 2 showers. The washing machine works great, and the drying functionality (hanging clothes in the bathroom by a drying vent) worked as well. We loved the location, walking distance from the Fushimi Inari shrine and across the street from a 7/11 and walking distance from 3 different train stations. Very easy to get around the area! Great location near the shopping district and close to good local restaurants. Spacious rooms with plenty of beds. Washer and dryer were useful.

The internal stair to upper floor is steep & the steps are narrow. Can be of safety concern for elderly people & young children.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

This is an extraordinary place. The location is in the heart of the buzzing Gion district, and everything easily walkable. They hosts were helpful & flexible with us leaving bags before and after. The space is unbelievable and rare. It's very spacious, which was a relief after being crammed in prior hotels. Basically it is a giant and very cool room, with attached bathroom and laundry wing. Bedding comfy. The place feels funky. It has absolutely everything you could need. It is not a shared space with anyone else, it's all yours and private. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the space was perfect. Huge room to run and climb, with plastic kitchenware, toys and books. As the host mentions, it is across the hall from a rooftop bar that can be a little noisy, but also distant bars and the district is noisy and busy in general, it was okay. It was neat and fine but could use a deep clean (it would be a hard space to keep perfect), but overall wonderful. 10/10.

Excellent location for Shin-Osaka station, literally couldn’t be closer to the East exit right accross the street. There is a family mart a couple of doors down and a few restaurants next door, we stayed because of location to Shinkansen and ability to get to Kyoto and Nara as well as to Tokyo, didn’t take long to get into centre of Osaka on metro. There is a Yamato office on the street which we used to receive our luggage from Tokyo airport and ship it back to Tokyo. Apartment equipped with all the amenities you would need for a short stay, building is safe and secure. The window was a bit of a concern for me having 2 small children, apartment was on a high floor and the window opens with a sheer drop, no safety mechanism but I think that’s probably normal for apartments like this. The communication from the host was super fast and excellent. If you are using the apartment as a base and somewhere to sleep then we definitely recommend.

Great value for money. Easy check-in, walk to Yamashina Station and then go to various places. The cherry blossom tree at the door is super beautiful.
