The host is very responsive The location is good, and there is a shopping street where you can experience Osaka nearby. There are many people in the center of Osaka, but it is a little far away and it is easy to move flexibly Definitely better here than Namba and Umeda

This was a comfortable and functionable place to stay. It's quite a way out of the cente of Kyoto but public transport is exellent with a bus stop right outside the building. The host met me at the property and was very helpful, giving me lots of information.

Well kept private apartment, very firm bedding. Two large beds in the main room that can accommodate 4 people but occupy the entire space of the room. Kombini and Parapharmacy accessible right next door and very good restaurant nearby. Very convenient free on site parking.

Very helpfull and nice host

The Host was always attentive to all our inquiries. The accommodation is as it appears in the photos and in fact it is much larger than it seems. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, with shops and supermarkets less than 100 meters away and typical and inexpensive restaurants nearby. It is 150 meters from the subway station which greatly facilitates your stay. An excellent option and recommended in Osaka.

Junko's apartment has what you need for A short and longer stay in Kyoto. Comfortable bed, balcony, TV, closet for all your clothes, Functional and easy to use Kitchen plus bathroom with bidet and bathtub. Fast internet makes this one of the best value for your money options in Kyoto. The Northern stop right next to the apartment building of Bus 46 takes you right to the Big Attractions of Kyoto. Nijo Castle, Karasuma, Kawaramachi, Kamo River, Gion and Heian Shrine in less than 40 minutes.

The area is in a quiet neighbourhood. It may take a bit of time to go to Central areas like Gion. However, this is exactly what I would like to come back to after a long day outside - peace. The neighbourhood also has a lot of things to do a see, all walkable distance. Plenty of options for convenient stores and restaurants too.

It’s a great place to stay when coming to visit, especially if you have a big group since there’s lots of room.

Haruka's apartment is situated very near Saiin-Station (5min walk) and its restaurants in a quite street. There is a supermarket 4min walk in the other direction. It is big with 2 bedrooms, a great bathroom, a washing-machine and everything you can need to cook in the tiny kitchen as well as spices, oil, tea, coffee... There are also brochures about Kyoto's attractions and a very interesting book about Japan's history. The best part of our stay at Haruka's House was to meet the owners (they live upstairs), who welcomed us as we arrived with many informations, japanese tea, fruits an sweats. As we left, the had looked for the train-connexions to our next destination and gave us nice advices as well as crackers for the trip. It was so nice, we felt at home from the first minute and we enjoyed so much their company. We even had the chance to borrow their bicycles to tour around Kyoto. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We definitely hope to come back!!!

I used it for a long time to reunite with a friend of mine as a student. During the cold season in February, there were also toddlers and puppies, so I chose this accommodation to be able to enjoy it indoors. As described, the fireplace, bedrock bath, karaoke, and indoor activities were full, and we had a good time.The living room was also relaxing and chatting anywhere in a relaxing space that felt the warmth of the trees. Thank you!We would like to use it again.

We had an amazing stay here when we were visiting Osaka for vacation. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was convenient and transportation was accessible. The host was very attentive and always responded quickly. They ensured the house was equipped with all necessary amenities and more! I would highly recommend their properties :)

Really enjoyed our stay in this cosy charming home which has a traditional feel just what we wanted to experience in Kyoto. The host was extremely thoughtful in providing above and beyond the basics such as milk, snacks, lovely coffee tea etc. We felt so comfortable right at home. A nice little spot that gives you an authentic feel for Kyoto in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of delicious local spots to eat close by, right next to a bus stop for public transit, along with a laundry mat within a 2 minute walk if you have a ton of clothes to wash. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back In the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
