Incredible home and surroundings. Amazing views from back of the home. You wake up with breathtaking views of The Volcan de Fuego. You couldn't pass up morning walks. That entire grounds were accessible and well maintained. The home was immaculate with all of the rooms ready for us. Living area had a smooth flow from the front of the home to the back. Great open space design! We chose this home for two reasons. One so my entire family can stay together, and to be as close as possible to Antigua. Two, we also wanted to celebrate our wedding in a beautiful surrounding that would be memorable. This home did that without a problem. Alejandra, representative of Asesores, was in contact with us from the beginning to the end. Answered all of our questions, our requests, and made our stay stressless. The owners Debbie and Carlos were amazing hosts. They were super helpful with the wedding preparations. The staff were amazing. We would certainly come back and stay at Casa Cristal!

It's a really nice house with a lot of detail and comfort in every room. Everything was excellent!! Teodoro and Almita's attention during our stay, 100 points, they were too kind and attentive to everything. Ana also helped us with everything before and during our stay. The best of the best, we will definitely go on future occasions!!

Great place to stay with your family or friends, from watching the sunset to having a carnita asada this was such a nice experience. They got some nice additional amenities they should mention I believe such as the football court, canopy and the trampolines... The only thing I would add is to add an ambient light to the jacuzzi but overall just a great place.

This is a beautiful place, close to the city, with a spectacular view. The sunset can be enjoyed for many hours, a real beauty. The house is spacious and very comfortable and was impeccable. It's a couple of minutes away from lagoon access. My whole family was delighted and we will surely be back. Another thing to mention is that Oscar and Marta, the local workers, are very attentive and helpful. In short, an excellent option.

The accommodation is as described. Food, safe, clean, with parking, fluid communication with staff. The place is nice and there are restaurants in the area, you can also cook in the cabin there is everything you need. Important that the final lapse at the destination is terracería and a small and low cart may have inconveniences, especially in the rainy season.

It is a wonderful place, the house is very spacious, fully equipped, totally clean, large green areas, impressive spaces ideal for a postcard, such as the Matilisguate tree, the pools and its Bridge, the comfort of the bedrooms is very good and the support of the excellent staff, we were delighted and we will surely return, a highly recommended place. The house is beautiful. It has an amazing view and very good taste in every detail, quite comfortable and with different environments. Very good weekend stay at this house. We were 6 adults and 2 children and everything was excellent. The pool and lake views are a plus to the place. Everything was very easy with Elda Judith, who was attentive and gave us a warm stay. Highly recommended for those who want to escape the city and not drive long distances.
