The apartment is just like the description. The host is accurate and helpful. It was really easy for us to find the place. The apartment is very spacious and tidy. I'm sure we'll be back.

What can we say! WOW. Carinthia is gorgeous. Absolutely lovely upstairs apartment with all the amenities you could want and more. Huge living space with beautiful views out over the hills and chooks in the yard, oh and cats which we loved. Very functional kitchen including oven, cook top, bench toaster oven, Nespresso machine, fridge and dedicated guests shelf in freezer. Large Bathroom with nice big shower. Main bedroom is good size and has very comfy bed and good blackout blinds over the skylights. Heaps of storage for longer stay. Gerit and her family are super friendly and accommodating to our change in circumstances during our stay. We definitely recommend this host family, the apartment and also the gorgeous surroundings in Carinthia and Kraig. If you like Castles and ruins then you will love this area of Austria. So much to see. Thank you Gerit , Rudi and Jana for the hospitailty and traditional Austrian dinner. We might see you in New Zealand one day.

A few km outside the city and completely different character - views of the countryside, birdsong in the morning, quiet and no exhaust fumes. Spacious space with balcony and outdoor seating. Communication and arrangements with hosts are straightforward. Very nice retreat after city excursions or hikes. Conclusion: lots of reasons to come back !

Well renovated historical house, with beautiful view high quality, sauna, private parking, central but quiet location. Ski track 6 min drive. Unfortunately no separate living room, dining table situated in one of sleeping room. Host is very friendly and helpful. Recomnend for 6-8 person family.

I've stayed here several times. I will do it again and can recommend it.

We were in Graz for a family celebration over Easter. Had our little dog with us. The apartment is perfect for two people (even with a dog):) Everything you needed was there. Quiet location. We had our bikes with us and were so very flexible and very grateful that we could use the parking space for our car at the house! We would definitely recommend the apartment. Even without a bike, you are well connected on foot or publicly. It was a wonderful weekend. Glad to come back! Thanks Bernhard

We spent four nights here. The house is a bit eclectic, but welcoming, clean and well-equipped. The location is gorgeous and peaceful, perfect for hikes around the area. I would definitely recommend Casa Lucía for families and groups of friends. We did not get to meet Philipp, but he was friendly and responsive. The description lists a ton of amenities, so it's easy to miss the most important missing items. These are: - No microwave, electric kettle, or toaster in the kitchen. However, you can do everything on the stove, and the kitchen is otherwise equipped with pots and pans. - In case you are planning to watch a game, have a movie night, or work from home: there's no TV and no WiFi.

Our vacation was just great! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a very nice location. The service was first-class – always friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Special thanks and greetings to Katharina's parents. The communal barbecue was a nice communal exchange. Without asking, we received an extra room due to our group size. Thus, everyone had their own bed and some privacy. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The combination of comfort, service and the beautiful surroundings made this vacation a very nice experience. A clear recommendation, also as a group!
