Luxurious Secluded Cottage with stunning views

KathrynRating, 5 stars6 days ago
There are no words to describe the incredible view from this beautiful home! The home was spotless, comfortable and almost every room had a window with an incredible view of mountains and loch. The kitchen had everything you could need and a lovely dining area. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. There is literally nothing I can say that is negative about his home! If you are looking for somewhere to switch off and recover from the world outside, this is your place! Loads of walks and the local beach is stunning. We would love to come back!

A sign displaying 'Rose Cottage' is mounted on a textured wall, with the sun casting a soft light. The background reveals a clear blue sky and hints of the surrounding landscape, including fields and distant hills.

Rose Cottage - Coastal, Rural & Cosy! NC500

AlexandraRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Lovely cottage with nice attention to detail - towels, toiletries, bedding all nice quality. The Pine Marten delivered, as did Goldfinches, Chaffinches, Blue and Great Tits, and a couple others we couldn’t identify. Wilma was really helpful with setting up a baby cot for us and the communication prior to arrival was not only clear and effective but also very sweet. Would recommend.

"Heaven on Earth"

I would be happy to stay in Beach house in any weather . It’s beautiful . From the comfort of the living area , the well stocked kitchen and the spectacular view . We had mild weather with lots of sunny spells typical for Scotland : perfect for the outdoors . The house is warm and cosy . It’s very comfortable for six people with the two bathrooms . I loved the layout which used to be orientated to maximise the view . A very special place . Look forward to our next visit

The Bunker

We absolutely loved it I think this has made Lewis our new favourite island. I saw most of the marine life I was wanting to see from the balcony: seals and birds. The kitchen was great for cooking and eating in. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

We have just had the most incredible week at Shore Croft. The house is amazing and so well equipped- we loved having a fire every evening. We kayaked in the bay and saw seals and a dolphin which is something we will never forget! Fabulous house in a fabulous location 😀

Outstanding coastal views at Sandy Bay Pod

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sandy Bay Pods. Beautiful and peaceful location. The pod has everything you need and is spotless. Enjoyed the little extras on arrival - the milk and biscuits. We are already looking forward to returning next year

Waterfront cottage Applecross Peninsula

SusanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautifully restored and renovated cottage overlooking a gorgeous inlet at Ardheslaig. Host had some really touches to the cottage and they had thought of everything you may need during your stay. Everything seemed very new. The cottage was further out than we expected and we felt the location descriptors indicating property location was confusing. The property is located at Ardheslaig. The road leading to the property is narrow, winding and one lane and we found the cottage difficult to locate as our sat nav and google maps did not work for the last few kms due to no reception. Hosts description of looking out for a Red Phone Box outside her cottage was our saviour. Once we got there, we had no problem navigating our way to and from the cottage for day trips. Best to bring food supplies as no shops just down the road. Host certainly provided adequate staples which was great. Absolutely gorgeous cottage with amazing water views..totally recommend. Host readily contactable.
