Kami recommend sangat tempat ni untuk berkumpul sekeluarga!! Rasa macam duduk di kampung, rumah selesa (toilet selasa!), anak-anak bebas bermain. Pool agak jauh sikit dari rumah. Sungai pun best, ada tempat cetek untuk kanak-kanak & ada tempat yang dalam untuk dewasa berendam. Akan book lagi next time kalau datang beramai2 👍

房源如图一样 干净整洁 房源是在住宅区里 环境安静 距离旅游市中心开车大约10分钟。 楼上有4间房间 和 2间厕所，楼下1间房间2间厕所，无论是楼上或者是楼下的厕所 都是装修过的，明亮也干净，水压方面刚刚好。厨房也有coway水机和冰箱。床也好睡。 房子里有孩子们玩的小playground, 球球和大人们玩的卡牌游戏，小朋友玩得很开心 大人也很满意 屋主还给了welcome gift，是个可爱的小杯子 总之是超满意的 唯一遗憾的是我们才住一晚 下次再来怡保旅游会再订过这间 😆

Owner is really nice and friendly! The house is big and clean, very comfortable to stay in. Just a bit far from Ipoh attractions, but other than that everything is good. Worth staying!

We chose a good time to visit The Haven as it was so quiet in May. We generally had the swimming pool to ourselves and the whole environment was peaceful. The apartment was spacious and clean, with cold drinks, fresh fruit and snacks kindly supplied. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with its beautiful view of the lake and surroundings. The on site restaurant was a little disappointing but it was very easy to get a Grab into town. The wifi was a bit patchy at times but didn’t ruin our experience. I would be happy to stay there again.

Haniza was very hospitable and friendly. She kindly accommodated our request for a baby chair and she hand delivered the keys to us as we had to rush for a birthday dinner. She was very attentive - checking in with us to see if everything was okay, replenishing items in the house, and answering our queries promptly - even leaving us a lovely gift! The place was very complete and spacious - the washer and dryer were very convenient, and the kitchen had everything you would need. A perfect place for families!

I had 1 night stay with my Family overall it was good experience, the place very clean and tidy . Just 1 thing it will better if they could provide Filter water. other then that all good. will definitely come again

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und mit unseren beiden Kindern vor allem den Pool in der Hitze genossen. Guter Ausfangspunkt für Sigtseeing in und um Ipoh. Das kulinarische Angebot empfanden wir in Ipoh für Malaysia ungewöhnlich eingeschränkt. Wir sind es eigentlich gewohnt, uns vor leckeren Angeboten nicht entscheiden zu können. Hier hatten wir das nur in der Mall und rund um das Hardrock Café. Wir wissen aber nicht, ob es dafür bestimmte Gründe gab (Feiertag o. ä.?).

Apartment is exactly as depicted in photos and descriptions. Family had a great time; Pool and water play area were awesome, game station was much better than expected (like a private arcade machine), fusball table was great fun as well. Location was superb; near to airport and AEON mall, walking distance to Zus coffee, Mixue where we visited daily, Saddam’s restaurant at intersection to condo entrance was great as well, short drive to most of the best eateries in the area. Owner was very friendly and communicated all the necessary info, super prompt in clarifications and regularly checking in on us. Overall, we had a great vacation and this apartment was a huge contributing factor.

Very spacious and new corner lot unit. The house are in good state of cleanliness. Recommended for 3 or 4 famillies. Definitely will repeat in future. Perfect.

Apartment was clean and well equiped. Only down side was that the pool was closed because of maintenance, but obviously not something the host can do about.

Overall nice place for a family stay in Ipoh. Smooth check in process, clean spacious unit and great access to central attractions in Ipoh town. Very slight noise pollution from the nearby bars/KTV lounges but partly expected given the central location. Was not loud enough to keep my family and I up though. Highly recommended accommodation and host

We had a great stay here. Super clean house and bathroom. Kids corner also my kids enjoyed. Quite place. Check in and check out procedure was very easy and Cui Hing gave very clear instruction. Will come back again this place if we come to Ipoh.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ipoh! The accommodation was better than we were expecting with 2 lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a view of the pool. The pool was easy to use and has some stunning views. The location was a perfect walkable distance to old town and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
