Small but very cozy house, exactly as shown in the photos. Quiet place with a lot of privacy, everything well arranged and clean. Mara is very attentive.

I highly recommend the accommodation, Rodrigo is extremely kind and flexible, committed to the well-being of the guest. The accommodation matches the listing, everything was organized and very fragrant when I arrived, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including pillows, linens and towels. It is private and I felt very safe there, women traveling alone or with other women can go there with no worries. The place is very quiet, ideal for resting. On another occasion, I will stay at the place again, a 10!

The location of the house is very good close to the beach. the house is very comfortable and spacious. the pool we couldn't use it because it was cold but spectacular. And very attentive hosts.

The truth is that for those looking for a quiet place, it's ideal. There is no noise or light pollution, which makes the clear sky something unique. It has a beautiful view of the Cave of Salamanca, which is a 5-minute drive or walk away. The house is very comfortable with a very neat bathroom and functional kitchen. We loved our stay. The house is excellent, especially the upstairs, which has a living room and a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea. The house is on a quiet street, close to the sea, you can walk there. To go to restaurants or the supermarket, you need to go by car. We were 4 adults and everyone loved the house and location.

Old apartment (of which the pieces are huge), but very well maintained. Room with very good air-conditioning (it was very hot when I was in Pelotas). I always had a quick response when I needed to make contact.

Julian's cottage is fantastic. There is an outdoor social area that is great, with several wooden benches positioned where there is a breeze that is better than AC and an equally beautiful area for a luau. There was firewood available for the barbecues and shade for the cars. Well-stocked kitchen with equipment and utensils.

We had a good stay. Comfortable space in a good location. I would encourage you to follow the directions on the listing for finding the property. Google maps to the restaurants across the street is an excellent tip. The air conditioner is only in the bedroom. And you may want to bring mosquito repellant.

Huge and beautiful house, very conveniently located to go to the beach or downtown in 5 minutes, and very quiet due to the spaciousness and isolation of the property. Fully equipped and an exceptional host. The photos don't lie, it's a unique beauty.
