Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The apartment is located inside Palazzo Chizzola, a 16th century residence in the historic center. The house allows guests to spend pleasant stays immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by. The representative spaces give the possibility of transforming the house into a "business lounge" both for on-site meetings and for video calls. The house is located a few steps from places of historical and artistic interest such as Teatro Grande e Sociale, Pinacoteca, Museo Santa Giulia, Duomo.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. From here the cows were guarded and cheese was made from fresh milk. Gadestatt offers you an authentic overnight accommodation with lots of charm and attention to detail. The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.
