Great house in beautiful location. We were 4 adults and 2 children (9 and 11 yrs) the house had plenty of rooms and a spacious outdoors area. Kitchen was very well equipped,we had most meals at home. We found the area around Fussen Schwangau had poor mobile coverage and printed map and directions really helped.

We were 5 adults, and we had a very pleasant stay at this cozy house. Great value for the price!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Very friendly and courteous hosts. If what is, it will be handled immediately. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of excursions in the area. The equipment is as described. It has everything you need and it is very clean.

Our whole family loved it, the countryside is especially beautiful, with cows🐑, sheep, the whole grass green oil, and the snowy mountains in the distance, which can't be enjoyed in the city. The hostess was very welcoming and waited for us in the yard in advance. The house is big enough for us to be active, if it is winter, the wood fire is burning and feeling the rural atmosphere of Germany, it must be nice. The location is good, it is only half an hour drive from Shinchan Castle, it is very convenient to come and go, the nearby town is about 7 minutes by car, there is an Aldi supermarket and gas station, it is also very convenient to need supplies, the key is that the town building is also beautiful and very clean.

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

amazing stay, the spa room was the highlight, after a long day of skiing, it was the perfect thing to come home to. amazing host, very responsive to any trouble we had. highly recommend.

The apartment is located right at the entrance to the pedestrian zone and about 250 m from the Merano Thermal Baths. Great starting point for spa stays and sightseeing. As a tip, be sure to stop by Sabine below the cable car to the village of Tyrol. We think she has the best ice cream. This is always a must for us when we are in Merano. You can also explore the Tappeinerweg, which has a great view of Merano. Communication with Laura and Robert was excellent, quick answers and great description of how to get to the apartment. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment is located directly on the Partnach and thus the perfect starting point for all activities. The four of us had plenty of space, both for cozy get-togethers and cooking and sleeping. Glad to come back!

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

Great place to stay, kitchen had utensils and cookware for us to use. The bathroom and shower are very nice. Great view of the mountains and close to the old city. Definitely worth the stay.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment with our family. everything was excellent. Yvonne is very friendly and recommended us many things to visit around. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit the Neuschwanstein castle and Plansee, everything matched the pictures and even better. We highly recommend it and would be very happy to come again.

The apartment is easy to find, parking is right outside the door. Seefeld ski lift can be reached in 5 minutes by car or ski bus, as can the town center. Wonderful view from the living room and balcony. Exhibition a bit outdated, bedrooms very close to each other. More suitable for families with smaller children. Federica was very helpful and friendly.

We visited for the 2nd time and it was great again. The apartment is quietly located and you can get everywhere quickly by car. Gladly come back.

A lovely top floor chalet looking towards the mountains surrounding Oberammergau. Christina was very helpful and my stay was very enjoyable.

We were extremely satisfied with Irmgard's accommodation, everything was sparkling clean, in the kitchen and bathroom everything you need was there. We were very warmly welcomed by Florian, Irmgard's son, and the two of them made our arrival, journey and check-in as easy as possible. In addition, the two of them provided us with a nice booklet with recommendations and also gave us personal tips. The location is excellent in my opinion, as the apartment is located in a side street, which was very good for me, as I like it quiet to sleep. Downtown is about 10-15 minutes' walk and the whole area is very nice. We were also able to use the beautiful garden - a dream. So I recommend the apartment 100%. Thanks, Irmgard and Florian, we'll be happy to come back! ☀️

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. It is simply but very attractively furnished. The two bathrooms are a dream and the beds are heavenly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is centrally located (yet quiet) and is a great base to explore Merano and surrounding areas. We got tips on places to eat and places to shop. We thoroughly recommend staying here

The cleanest apartment that has ever found. The entire apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail - you can tell that the apartment is very important to the landlord, Thomas. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils. As a family with two small children, we didn't miss anything. Since it is separated with a fence, we were able to let our children roll around outside without hesitation. The apartment is very suitable as a starting point to explore the Allgäu and Lake Constance. In the village itself, the "robber Kasimir" hiking trail is highly recommended for children - a fantastic adventure trail with puzzles and play opportunities for children. Thank you to Thomas and his family. We had a great time.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

An excellent place to stay - easy to get to so many great days out from the flat. Lakes, cable cars to glaciers, monasteries and palaces. This is a beautiful part of Germany and a lovely village. We could walk from the flat and be in beautiful surroundings within minutes. The neighbours are very quiet, the access to a washing machine and dryer was helpful. It is a small flat but was perfectly adequate for a family of four. We used the sofa bed in the lounge which was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. There were lots of suggestions for things to do in the flat ... we just ran out of time to do them all. A warm and cosy place to stay.
