Nice place, nice neighborhood - easy to get to get to the metro, great restaurants nearby, had no problem with parking! I enjoyed my stay in Montreal!

The apartment was comfy and clean and much more spacious than I had expected from the photos. The location is great. Verdun has become a really lovely community with great restaurants. The area this apartment is very cozy and walkable and close to good transportation. I would definitely stay again.

Needed a place to stay for the night and James place was perfect.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de plusieurs jours. Le logement dispose d'une place de parking, il est très bien isolé et en février heureusement sinon on aurait eu très froid. Pas évident à trouver mais grâce aux indications par message de notre hôte, nous avons réussi. Nous recommandons si vous souhaitez être dans un coin plus paisible que dans le centre ville de Montréal ! Merci ! ☺️

I had a very nice stay with Mimi, who is a kind and gracious host. She communicated clearly and offered helpful tips about the neighborhood and how to get around on public transit. The room was clean, orderly and more than enough space to feel comfortable. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. The house is located in a quiet, residential area but just a short walk to restaurants, stores and groceries on Wellington and Verdun. Highly recommend.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Mojtaba. On se sent très facilement à l'aise dans sa maison. La chambre et la salle de bain privée au sous sol pour plus d'intimité. Un quartier très calme et reposant. Merci pour le séjour !

Beau logement. Malgré les rénovations extérieures, l'intérieur était super ordonné et bien équipé. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain immaculée et la cuisine très pratique. La vue sur la rivière doit être mieux durant l'été.

The house was exactly as described clean and well located for our needs. Emilie was extremely responsive and helpful with finding our info and our requests. Highly recommend.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’Hébergement-Au Pied des Collines est l’endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous avons trouvé le logement intime, douillet et très bien fourni. Le ruisseau est vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. En ce qui concerne les hôtes, Louis-Philippe a toujours su répondre avec rapidité et bienveillance à mes questions et interrogations. Notre accueil s’est fait dans le calme et ils ont même pensés à nous laisser de quoi nous nourrir sachant que les magasins allaient être fermés le jour de notre arrivée. Vraiment je le recommande vivement!

Un coin calme et tranquille. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon sejour. Propre et bien arrangée. La cour arrierre est un petit beau paradis. On est tres satisfaits. C'est la deuxième fois qu'on reviens et la troisième sera en octobre.=) Stéphanie est tres gentille et repond a nos question rapidement. Merci et a la prochaine!
