Vacation rentals with a pool in Lạch Tray

Kat was so helpful! She made sure we were able to locate the home, that check-in was easy, and that we had all we needed during our stay. She had recommendations for food, transportation and translation services. The home is beautiful and in a quaint little resort area. I would highly recommend Kat and her home.

It was a spacious and relaxing place for 7 people to stay. It was as pictured, had walking access to the beach, and was very peaceful. However, there was a little noise during the day because the house next door was under construction, but there was no inconvenience in living because I was usually out. Both the host and the housekeeper listened to my needs well and were kind.

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is, if anything, a little bit better than advertised and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Ha Long between recommending things to do locally, organising taxis and much more. I would highly recommend people to stay here - especially big groups!

great place to stay with family

We had a lovely 2-day-1-night stay at Tonkin Ha Long. The apartment is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in a cozy Rustic-Indochine style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with both sea and mountain views – perfect for relaxing or taking photos.

I appreciate the kindness and attention Minh. I had only one major mishap in the room that I won't mention because I think it's relatively beyond what she could do as a host. However, given the situation, she was very active in solving it, the cleaning staff arrived quickly and cleaned a couple of details that were in the room. They also changed sheets, towels and everything they offered, which is otherwise of very good quality. The spectacular view day and night, along with the comfort, natural light and comfort of the place make a perfect stay; the truth is I only went out to visit long bay. I found the restaurant a little expensive for the small dishes and the simple menu, but the staff is very friendly and for convenience I only ate there. I definitely recommend this place, if I go back to Ha Long this will be my place! Of course! Thank you very much Minh, you are an excellent professional in the service you provide.

Beautiful condo and excellent value. The restaurants were somewhat pricey, comparative to western and European prices. Incredible host who was very responsive and available. The unit was impeccable, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities of a luxury hotel including bathrobes and slippers. The only small issue, is despite the listing which indicates there is no “cooking” there is a full kitchen in the pictures so we expected some cutlery and dishes, just not cooking pots and pans. The kitchen provides no dishes whatsoever. Despite not “cooking”, you can’t even prepare fruits, eat yogurt/cereal or prepare non- cooked. Our host indicated we could call the hotel to borrow these items but we felt this was a lot to ask the hotel staff.

The view was beautiful, and the location was perfect — close to cafes, restaurants, and the marina. The check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive.
