We loved staying here! The location was perfect to feel private, yet very accessible to walk Quebec City. Returning to the hot tub after a day of walking was heaven! If/when we make a trip back we will stay here again for sure!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! My partner, dog and I had a fantastic stay at Elaine’s place! The AirBnB is stylish, clean and conveniently located. It is 15-20 min drive from QC’s downtown, and 5 min drive to Montmorency waterfall, 10 min drive to i’sle Orleans bridge. The AirBnB and location felt very safe and friendly. Two notes for anyone thinking of staying at this AirBnB: 1. There is a tenant in the unit below the AirBnB. He is very friendly. Since it is an older building the floors are very creaky and he asked us to step quietly after 11 PM, which we were able to easily accommodate. If you are a louder party, or if you have a “talkative” dog, this might not be the right rental for you. 2. The entrance is on the second floor, up steep-ish stairs. If you have any type of mobility issues, this rental is not for you. Overall, we had a great stay. Elaine was a great host. Such a great option for dog owners. Would visit again!

Great condo with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Clean and well organized. Amazing views of Mount Adstock, spa and patio. Landlords respond quickly to any questions.

This was the best airbnb experience we had in years! The apartment was big, beautifully arranged and super comfortable. The living room was amazing, with the sofa, the big TV to relax and an electric fireplace that added to the comfort. The kitchen was big and had EVERYTHING, including coffee and tea. The location is good and close to Old Montreal, and we had the chance to try several cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The stairs to the bedroom downstairs are very steep, so you have to be extra cautious. We found parking, although we had to be very careful with the schedules and the signs. The host gave us recommendations for things to see and restaurants, responded to every question and had automated messages before we arrived and before we left. Very thoughtful. We'll be back to this same place when we visit Quebec, 6 stars! ⭐

Super convenient condo within walking distance of downhill ski slopes. Warm atmosphere as pictured. Everything you need to cook is on site. Not really grocery stores or restaurants nearby so bring your groceries. Beautiful place to enjoy all the outdoor activities offered at Le Massif du Sud!

We stayed at Mario’s home during a snowstorm, and it was an incredible experience! The house and the view were even better than the photos—absolutely perfect for couples seeking a cozy getaway. Mario is one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met: very accommodating, flexible, and truly cares about his guests. The view of the St. Lawrence River was spectacular, even in winter. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic escape!

Karine was very responsive and friendly. The apartment is exactly as advertised and had a lot of Quebec charm. The building is in a nice neighbourhood and the heart of Old Quebec is just a short walk away. We felt very safe during our stay.

It was so easy to get to the ferry, which made trips into Quebec City a breeze. As a bonus, we even got to watch the incredible ice canoe racers navigating the icy river while going back and forth—a truly unique and unforgettable experience! Dave and Clara provide a lovely clean home for your stay. We were winter renters so we did not get to experience the pool. The location was perfect for 7 of us to be close to the city for the holidays.
