We had a very good week at Frédéric's place Perfectly located for visiting Blois and the surrounding area, very quiet accommodation and neighborhood, perfect for vacation. With a car, parking is very convenient. Frederic is a very responsive and friendly host (thank you for the eggs from the henhouse!). The listing is very functional and as described. Some additional cooking utensils would be appreciated (a toaster and a cheese grater for example). We couldn't enjoy the garden because it was raining but it looks very nice. We would recommend Frédéric's place without hesitation.

Very nice stay at Vivi and Arti's, We were very well hosted. The accommodation is very well located on the banks of the Loire, we can peacefully enjoy the beautiful terrace and garden which are quiet. Everything necessary is available in the apartment as soon as we arrive as well as small welcome gifts. We'll be happy to go back!

Véronique was a lovely host, both before and during our stay. It has never been invasive, but was very kind and helpful when we needed it or to let us know if it was possible to stay longer than expected at the pool. The space is quiet sinceit is surrounded by greenery. Also, the indoor and heated pool was a real plus, allowing us to relax every day, before or after our excursions. This week in Chemillé-sur-Dême has rested us all a lot, so I highly recommend this place.

In a word: excellent! If we come in the neighborhood again, we'd love to come back. The cottage is very practical and modernly furnished, equipped with all kinds of practical things, even the coffee and tea with some goodies were not missing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a location to stay short or longer. Also a very friendly contact with the owners. Great! 👍

A perfect New Year's weekend by the fireplace. A very large place whether it's the house or the outdoor space. A barn with several games were available for our pleasure but also that of our children. We had a great time at Villa Théodora. The accommodation is perfect, the bedding is of excellent quality. The accommodation is in a very good location with a beautiful view of the castle and St. Nicholas Church. the road in front of the house has a bit of traffic.

Great stay in a spacious, clean and very pleasant accommodation. Two bathrooms and large, very convenient dressing rooms. The internet connection (fiber) works perfectly, which is rare! The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature with activities to do indoors and outdoors depending on the weather. Hosts are very responsive, accommodating for check-in and check-out, and really kind. If I had to report a detail, there were a few hangers missing in the cabinets, but we didn't mind. Note for bikers or scooters: access is via a gravel path, a little tricky on two wheels, but nothing dramatic. I highly recommend it!

Perfect place to stay for 3 days with friends. Clean and comfortable, containing everything you need for about ten people. Friendly and present host if you need anything else. Quiet environment near the Loire that can allow you to visit the region and its castles. Thanks to Fabien for a great stay!
