excellent place to travel with your whole family. the large rooms and the beds very comfortable. enough bathrooms for everyone! the only issue, I would have preferred to have a dining table.

A nice place where you feel at home, the interaction with Mr. Hugo is very friendly, he makes you feel comfortable. The place was excellent, with nice and comfortable spaces for a good price, the area is quiet and central to most tourist sites in Lima. A good place to return to in the coming months

Stayed with our family of 7. Oldest 16, youngest 8 months. Great neighborhood. Safe area. Close to good restaurants and stores too. There was even a nice park just a block away that the kids loved. Wonderful space. Well kept and very nice amenities. Hot water on demand, and washer and dryer available as well. We were very pleased and would love to say again.

The apartment is impeccable as described, perfect for spending a few days in Baranco, the building staff are very friendly, close to restaurants and supermarkets.

We had a wonderful stay at Mariella’s home. As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. The apartment is less than a block from Pentagonito park, close to Starbucks coffee and local grocery shops. It’s quiet, safe and perfect for our family visit to Peru. Thank you Mariella!

Excellent apartment: cleanliness, location, services.

Everything was new in the apartment. The bed is comfortable, kitchen well, wifi fast, and walkable to restaurants/bars. AC works for a cool night and noise not an issue as this apartment faces the side, not street. This is probably the best BNB I've stayed in Lima for the price/quality. Overall, I stayed again. Short term or long term.

Alejandro and Tania coordinated our trip from the airport with a trusted taxi and welcomed us very kindly even when we arrived around midnight, they even left us rich coffee from Villa Rica to have the next morning. The apartment is conveniently located, very close to the ocean and steps away from cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. The neighborhood is very safe and the building has 24 hour concerts. I recommend visiting the terrace of Hotel B for a happy hour and the Dédalo cafe or Caleta Dolsa for a rich Brunch. Walking distance to the main square of Barranco, Pedro de Osma museum and Larcomar. Easy to find Uber to move around the city. I highlight the spacious and cozy terrace, ideal for a moment to relax after a day of touring Lima. The master bedroom is very spacious with plenty of space to store clothes and luggage, as well as a smart TV. The second bedroom features two very comfortable beds. Three impeccable bathrooms, one en suite. Large well equipped kitchen and washing machine for long stays. Definitely a gem in Barranco and will definitely be back when a new opportunity arises. Everything is very nice and according to the description. Jose Luis was very attentive and super helpful. He gave us guidance and gave us reviews of places to go eat. He was very attentive to answering all our questions.

The best place for a couple that is going to relax in Cieneguilla. Cleaning 10 points, details 10 points, privacy 10 points. At the moment I would only add a microwave and a hair dryer but surely Maaike will solve it since he lives in the house next door. 100% recommended!

Mrs. Eda is very friendly and her cabin super warm. We were a family with children and the children were very well accommodated and had fun with the patio and games. Highly recommended especially for young families.

Excellent place to unwind and relax! Camila, Toti and Marco were kind and always attentive to our needs. The place has a rustic atmosphere with modern accents, the details of the decor were visible, was very clean and the pool was our own, we had complete privacy at all times with our own cabin.
