Exceeded my expectations. So happy na I booked this place dahil nagustuhan ng mommy ni bf hehe. Sobrang linis ng place as in spotless and ang bango halatang alaga sa linis. We will definitely book this place again lalo na at sobrang approachable ni ate Jen. Siya pa mismo nagrereco ng mga must visit na place and resto. Very nice din ni owner and precise yung instructions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's a great place to stay. And can accommodate a big group. The house is clean and very well maintained. It has everything that you need. It's few minutes drive away from the market and to some tourist destinations. We'll definitely recommend this to friends.

we stayed at the place for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. the beach is in walking distance (about 2mins away) and the restaurants we chose were only 5mins away by car. the hosts were really nice and helpful. we plan on staying at the place again the next time we are in LU.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. very responsive si maam ruth sa lahat ng queries very friendly pa! super nice ng place and malinis. medyo paloob nga lang from the main road tapos may part na wala masyadong ilaw sa daan. but still ire recommend ko padin to sa mga naghahanap ng place sa san juan. salamat po maam ruth 🤗

Richmond's place is superb. We felt right at home at Richmond's place and the beach is loved by my mom so much, that she does not want to go on a tour anymore and just want to stay there. The place is perfect for our group of 6 pax and the kitchen allowed us to cook iut meals like when we were home. Thank you sir we hope to come back again soon. 🥰🥰🙂🙂

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay here. The host was very responsive, and the caretaker, Cha, was incredibly accommodating and helpful always checking in to make sure everything was okay. She's also very friendly and welcoming. Provided all our requests. The place is perfect if you're looking to get away from road noise and the hustle of busy areas. It feels very homey, with spacious rooms and complete amenities. The linens smelled fresh, which was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and quiet retreat!

We super enjoyed our stay in Carolina's Place. It has an amazing sunset view and the room is sooo cozy! We will definitely come back and recommend the place. Thank you Carol for responding so fast.

Our family had a great night staying at the place. The care taker is very accommodating and respectful. It felt like home, even without a/c there is electric fan for the kids and enjoyed the cold breeze. Place is big considering how playful the kids, still we don’t feel limited. Thank you and I recommend booking this home.

Shiella Mae was really helpful and really fast at replying messages. The house was really clean and modern and it had all the amenities.

The best decision we invested in a great place for a group of 18pax. THE BEST PLACE I CAN SAY. The ENTIRE PLACE IS MAGNIFICENT! This is our second time staying here, and I’m happy to say the experience is just as great as the first. The place is spotless, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking. The host is consistently responsive and genuinely accommodating, which really adds to the comfort of the stay. One of the things that makes this spot stand out is the pole and aerial studio right next door - a rare and fun bonus, especially if you’re into movement or looking to try something new. It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Had encounter issue on water when we arrived but was immediately solve. The place is hilly and needs an expert driver. And overall, the place is good

It's impossible to be more grateful and satisfied. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the best option for families, friends or groups. Privacy and tranquility are the best. The setting is beautiful, we felt right at home. We were able to cook since it is fully equipped and we were even provided with welcome basket and drinking water for the hot/cold dispenser. We felt safe and comfortable. Ate Grace, the villa keeper, is always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. The heated pool was a fav! You won't regret booking this paradise at all. Thank you for always welcoming us to the house and making our vacation the best experience. Can’t wait to book another trip!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The compound where the place was had a right of way to the beach. The kitchen was well-equiped, so we found it easy to use it. Jenny, her assistant who showed us in, was very helpful.
