If you are a nature lover who enjoys a country, somewhat rustic-style home, this is the place for you. It wasn't easy to find (don't follow Waze's directions...), but we finally found it with Michealyn's direction. We didn't have time to enjoy the garden since we were busy every day with activities (Semuc Champey is a MUST!). But if you have more time on your hands, it is a great place to relax with nature outside your door. a few tips to make the stay better: The dogs are friendly, but after the first night, where they barked all night long right under the bedroom window, my advice is to ask to take them off the premises for your stay. The host easily did it. If the internet is down (which happens every few hours), unplug it and plug it back and it will work. Ask the host how to get the hot water in the shower (it's a little trick). All in all, Michaelyn was quick to respond and the housekeepers were a great help as well.

Cuento mi experiencia: El alojamiento y la localidad del lugar es exquisita, es como se muestra en las fotografías, el acceso al río directamente desde la casa lo vuelve algo único. Otras amenidades como la fogata, churrasquera, el kiosco de madera y la piscina como tal vuelve la experiencia mas enriquecedora sobre todo si compartes en familia. La casa se encuentra cerca de varios sitios turísticos, volviéndolo un punto estratégico. Ahora bien. Al momento de hacer este comentario es durante la semana santa, todo bien con la casa, el problema son los vecinos específicamente la casa de al lado, tenían una bocina del tipo "discoteca" donde hicieron ruido tanto durante el día como en la noche, no respetan las horas de silencio, una de las noches siguieron el escandalo hasta las 3:30 de la madrugada, no eramos los únicos molestos pues incluso desde el otro lado del río, les estaban gritando a estas personas con insultos que apagaran esa m****a, y otro tipo de comentarios.

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax and have a wonderful time with your family and friends, I couldn’t recommend a better place to choose..! I travel a lot and quite frankly… This place beats any of the places I’ve stayed at before! Coban is beautiful, green, peaceful, this place put “icing on the cake” to my experience! Located close to Cemuc Champey which was my final destination… Best place ever!!!!

Es una de las casa de campo más bonitas en las que he tenido el gusto de hospedarme. La finca donde está localizada la propiedad tiene una pequeña laguna. La entrada es accesible. Puede ingresar con sedán sin problema. La casa está muy bien equipada. La comunicación con el dueño fue desde en inicio fue muy buena y fluida. La propiedad es ideal para disfrutar de unos días fuera del bullicio y estrés de la capital! La recomiendo al 100% Yo espero regresar pronto

Lugar muy bonito para relajarse. Por el precio está genial! No es nada lujoso dentro pero esta limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. La comunicación muy rapido con el anfitrion y la entrada/salida del lugar super práctico. Bastante cerca del pueblo para buscar comida. Ningun problema con nuestros perros (toda vez respeten a los animalitos del lugar) Muchas gracias!!!

Wonderful family to stay with. They even cooked us breakfast and showed us the best spots around town to eat. Only flaw was checking instructions could be more clear

Estuve con mi familia por dos noches, un grupo de 15 personas 10 adultos y 5 niños. Todos disfrutamos de la cabaña, todos los espacios estaban implacables. El espacio es muy amplio para más de 20 personas. La atención fue de 100 puntos. Definitivamente regresaría y por mas noches. ¡Todo Excelente!
