Residence located in the heart of a well-maintained park and close to the beach (300 meters' walk). Count 1.5 km to reach the central market and Avenue du Général de Gaulle and 1 km to get to the port of Pouliguen. The casino is nearby. There are free parking spaces located in the residence and close to the accommodation. The view is very nice from the living room. The apartment is bright and clean. Quiet space.

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

Magical! The apartment is superb, as described in every way. Perfectly refurbished, tasteful, and very functional, everything is designed for the comfort of the stay. We've rarely had such a well-equipped Airbnb listing! Large closets too, very nice. The view is obviously absolutely beautiful, and direct beach access is very nice. In addition, this beach area is located right between the rocks (beautiful view at low tide) which makes swimming very easy right at the foot of the apartment. The location in Pornichet is very convenient, the city center and shops are not far away, the walk along the beach, just redone, is very pretty. Pleasant and smooth exchanges with Arnaud, flexible and efficient check-in and check-out. We left with great regret and hope to be back soon! One of our best Airbnb Experiences!

Small apartment ideal for holidays, just steps from the beach, sea views. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to make the apartment without any dog hair.

Great apartment, very well located even if it is not facing the sea (we even preferred it) given the beautiful weather we had, we did not get too hot and we were able to enjoy the terrace from breakfast in the sun. Marie is a great host, understanding, attentive, very responsive. We arrived late at our place. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get back into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment for us to be well with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we did not lack anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea , 2 km to the village where the atmosphere is very beautiful at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. Very nice stay. The accommodation perfectly matched the description. It was very clean, very well located near the trail along the ocean. A short 1/2 hour to walk to the center of Pornic. Everything went well.

The accommodation is incredibly well located , pure view, close to the center, a supermarket is within walking distance. The beach is a stone's throw from this beautiful building! Accommodation level nothing to say except no closed room and lack of a barrier at the bottom of the stairs for a small explorer loulou! Top-notch bedding! It was one of the best airbnb stays!

A beautiful rental that gives access to the beach in minutes. The center of Le Croisic is accessible in 10 minutes. Great location. Functional and quiet, the accommodation matches the description and sleeps 5 people. However: it lacks the essentials for cooking contrary to what the listing mentions. In addition, the cushions are not comfortable. Please note: the rooms have no windows.

Pleasant and relaxing stay in this small apartment in a very good location, a short walk from the city center. The decoration is neat. The balcony is pleasant. We took full advantage of the loan of 2 bikes that allowed us to travel around the island. The stay was a complete success!
