Vacation rentals with beach access in La Savina

We had a wonderful stay in Formentera! The location was great, close to everything we needed and we had a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Monica was extremely attentive from the beginning, always available to help with any questions and very friendly. We felt very well received and cared for throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back!

Very nice and clean apartment, comfortable bed and nice balcony. Es Pujols is a great place to stay in with lots of nice restaurants and facilities. I would recommend staying here!

Perfect location to explore formentera! We didn’t need a car .. you leave at a stunning beach already , but you can also walk along the sea to even more amazing beaches .. the Appartement itself has everything you need .. well equipped, the water in the shower gets really hot , we enjoyed also the side sea view from the balcony .. we fitted well with four people .. the beds are comfortable..we also enjoyed the smart lock on the door, which you can open and close with your smart phone.. like this there is no fear to loose the key :)

Casa Marisita is already our accommodation in Formentera every year. As always, everything is impeccable. In addition to being a nice apartment, it has everything you need, air conditioning throughout the house, very comfortable beds and pillows. Parking in the same building is a plus. We'll definitely be there next summer. Thank you for everything!!!!

This stay was AMAZING. The views they have left me impressed. Super recommended and in a great location. The apartment is super clean. I definitely recommend staying there and your stay will be the best!

Amazing place, great location, lovely host!

The host was friendly and responsive. Had no issues. Only thing to mention is, if you plan to stay here, be aware that loud noises and music is prohibited or kept to a minimum. The neighbors do not like it. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay.

The accommodation was as described, very clean and close to town. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday. The outdoor area is very spacious and pleasantly designed, so that you can easily stay there with 4 people. The contact with Alicia went smoothly. Enquiries were answered very quickly. The dishwasher was broken on Monday and repaired on Wednesday. The hot water did not work on Friday evening and was repaired on Saturday.

Lovely house with a very lovely owner. Couldn’t have been better. We very much hope to go back. Highly recommended.

Our vacation with Ludovico was a dream! The house could not be better equipped for a holiday with young children. A surprise and a little wonder awaits in every corner. Ludovico has really created an oasis for young families here! The beach within walking distance is magnificent. In addition, Ludovico was always available for us, had countless great tips and advice for the area and was there for us with help big and small. We'll be back for sure! :)

This place is just great! We were two adults with a toddler and a baby. Planned for 5 nights. At Marc's offer, we extended our stay by another 5, the best decision. We always had great communication and got quick answers. The house was very clean and had everything you need. It is a quiet neighborhood, but you can feel very safe. The outdoor area is very nice, there is plenty of space to chill and linger. The beach is within walking distance (about 5 min). There you will find beautiful water and a view of the open sea. There is also a great restaurant. Great ambiance and delicious, fresh food. By car, you can reach anywhere in max 15 minutes, just perfect. We would come back. Formentera as well as Marc's house are simply a place where relaxation is guaranteed. Thank you!

Lovely stay in Formentera, with a group of 4 girls. The villa was well equipped, spacious and Attila was super helpful with plenty of recommendations. Location wise, there isn't many dinner spots in walking vicinity so have to get taxis into town!

I'm almost reluctant to tell the beauty of this house for fear of too much publicity and not find it in the future if I return to Formentera. The house has everything, a lot of outdoor space of all kinds, an internal patio that is a joy for the eyes, kitchen, living room and rooms, some smaller but still clean and comfortable, Nicolas, the person who takes care of it and welcomed us, very smart, nice, kind. In short, better I could not wait for this stay in Formentera, it was the best experience with Airb&b

Julio was extremely responsive and helpful at every interaction. There was a faulty AC unit in one room - which can happen in any place - and he was helpful immediately. He helped to provide an early check in and late check out. An excellent host for a great property that should be the ideal spot for your time in Ibiza.

First booking of the season, 12-19th April and I experienced good communication from the time of booking, to collection of keys, to check out. Check-in is from 1500, as it was our first time renting an Airbnb in Ibiza, Dani explained the do and don'ts, gave us information on the amenities and the checkout process. A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open plan kitchen/ living room. The room with the bunk beds has the ensuite bathroom and the room with the double bed has the common bathroom. As a family of 5, we were comfortable. Nice showers though the small 80L tank means that each person limit shower duration to 2 mins or you stagger them. Recently repainted, with a new washing machine. Sufficient space & chairs to seat 8 at the table. Good location to clubs, on street parking/ free parking at "Hi Ibiza" club. WiFi okay when working, (8Mb UL & DL). Double bed was very comfortable, with new pillows and clean Sheets. Has two balconies and rack to dry clothes. One to book again!

The place is exactly as seen. Inside it doesn't have too many amenities, but it's in front of the sea, literally on top of the rock. Everything close and easy. The terrace furniture could be more comfortable. That yes, they are strict about the check-out time and 5 minutes before 11 the cleaning girl entered the house directly with the keys. This could improve. The place is unbeatable and the views as well. The beach 1 minute walk, restaurants and disco within walking distance.

Welcoming host and seemingly very well equipped! The location is of choice between the big entertainment and the historic city center, a gym is very close , the Pool is great with everything you need to enjoy!

Great place to spend a few days relaxing in Formentera. In addition to the excellent location, right next to the beach, it was very clean. The staff was also very friendly and they gave us many amenities, as well as changing the towels in the middle of the stay. Thank you very much for everything!

I stayed with my family in this apartment and found nothing out of place, in fact. They were present as I had requested both the crib and the high chair for the child, the kitchen was well equipped, the apartment was small but comfortable, more than good for our purposes. Good location, close to everything without being in the middle of the casino; supermarket practically below the house.
