Studio of 21m ² located in the center of the village of La Rosière, with access to the slopes. With a small balcony facing north, quiet with a view on the slopes. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet. Private ski locker available in the residence 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 mezzanine. You can have bed linen in extra : - 20€ for the double bed - 13€ per single bed for the all journey. Free parking in front of the residence. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.

Cosy design duplex nearly 40m2

In the very center of La ROSIERE, Residence Le Belvedere, next to ski lifts (the closest one is 150m walk and Rocher Noir is 450m walk), return on ski. Newly renovated (December 2024 by my partner and me ) duplex of almost 40 m² with very cosy and design touch, incredible views. It is south/west facing & provides breathtaking sunsets. Located next to shops and restaurants. Only 30 metres aways is: ski shop Intersport, bakery & cheese shop. No car needed during your stay. Ideal for 4-5 people.

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

The kitchen features a spacious concrete countertop with an integrated cooktop. Wooden cabinetry provides storage, complemented by an open shelving unit holding a variety of bottles. The area is illuminated by a single pendant light that enhances functionality.

Small cozy accommodation of about 25 m2, for 2 guests maximum, located in the mountains at an altitude of 1300 m on the south side. The view and calm will certainly rejuvenate you! 15 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, 10 minutes from La Rosière. Close to Italy and Vanoise National Park. Great for hikers and cyclists. We speak English and Spanish. This space is not suitable for children or infants.

Jérôme and Aline welcomed us to their home from May 30 to June 1, 2025. The accommodation is clean for those who want it. They offer a cleaning lady if you don't feel like bothering to do it. Everything is available for a pleasant stay, a magical view from the terrace and each of the windows. A very cozy place as we like it🥰. They are hosts who care about your well-being and remain available when needed. We hope to return some day. Thank you ☺️ 🙏🏻

The apartment is very nice and well appointed. The views are superb and the area very quiet. Proximity to the train halt at Moussoux makes life much easier for skiing and the walk to the town centre very pleasant taking around 12 minutes but only about 5 minutes to the excellent Indian restaurant and our favourite wine bar. Everything was as advertised and any minor issues were rapidly resolved. We would recommend this accommodation.

Our stay went very well. The apartment is very well located and has a terrace that adds to the rental. Anne is a very responsive host to requests and gave us some great information. The place is quiet and relaxing with the lake nearby. We loved discovering Annecy and its surroundings. We highly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to rent it again if we return to the area.

This is a very nice house. It's a little smaller than the photos suggest but the layout is very good so we had enough space with seven people. The communication was good. The area is gorgeous. We were annoyed that we had only booked a week.

Axelle's house is really amazing; everything anyone can ask. Beautiful, big, with nice facilities, fully equipped, in a nice and quite village. It was the second time we booked and stayed at Axelle's house and for sure we will go back next year. Axelle was really nice and friendly, and very easy to communicate for whatever we needed during our stay. I fully recommend it. 5 stars for sure!
