The house exceeded our expactations! I would give for this place 6 stars out of 5! The house in reallity has much more facilities than at that time when we reserved it. We were surprised to find completele new garden terrace, which was equiped fully! The swimming pool is amazing and for our family of 5 members was big enough! The garden is very nice with well maintained plants, evening solar lighting, children's playground and comfortable furniture. In the garden also we found sauna with jacuzzi! The house with three bedrooms is equiped with A/C - seperate in each room, so we could regulate the temperature in each room separately! The kitchen has a lot of facilities - airfryier, gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher. Also a lot of ketlery, plates, cups and etc. In the terrace there is a big box with pool and garden toys. The sleeping during night was very comfortable, because it was very silent. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The highest recomendations!!!

Our stay in the penthouse of Llíria could not have been better. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was spotless, everything was very clean and perfectly organized, with details such as coffee and milk that made our arrival very easy. We had to check in quite late, and the hosts not only waited for us with all the kindness in the world, but they were aware of us at all times, offering support for anything we needed. Your understanding and attention with our baby was something we really appreciate. In addition, they gave us very useful recommendations on what to do and where to dine in Llíria, which further enriched our experience. The apartment is ideally located, close to downtown but in a super quiet building. The neighborhood is lovely, with incredibly friendly people. An experience of 10, without a doubt, we were very grateful. ¡We will come back without thinking twice!

The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

I had read very good reviews before booking, but it deserves them and more. The house is fully equipped, it has everything you need, in addition to Rosa's attention, who was attentive to everything before, during and after the days of accommodation. I recommend 100% spending a few days in this little house that we already miss.

Our will stay at Reme’s place was loads of fun. The pictures of the villa did not give it justice and it is much better looking than advertised. We did run into a few issues while we were at the villa but Reme tried her best to resolve those quickly and in a straightforward manner. I think we arrived towards the end of the season so there were a few things that needed to be fixed but overall it was a very nice stay at a luxurious villa I would definitely recommend Reme and the villa to everyone else

Had a wonderful stay, very friendly hostess. Nice accommodation with sunny terrace. The mosquito nets at the terrace were very convenient. Pool was too cold during this time of year to be able to use. I highly recommend this stay!

Fernanda, Jose (and baby Taika) were very welcoming. When we had issues with a move of their own home, they took all the time to listen and think along. Later, they even stopped by again to see how we were doing. They are super attentive; as are their cleaning lady Tina. It gave us a ‘feeling at home’ all the more because we couldn't get into our own home. The apartment is new and nicely decorated. The location is quiet with a large, public parking. You walk right into Bétera where you can look for the hustle and bustle. So close to the sea and the city of Valencia it is highly recommended! Bétera has a metro station. The property was exactly as described and perfect for our large group. The sports facilities and pool were extremely good and were used a lot. Claudio was very responsive and helpful ahead of the trip. Frank was also really helpful when we arrived, sorting taxis for us and also taking us to the local supermarket. Would definitely recommend!
