Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Second stay at Émilie's, apartment always as clean and pretty. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy anything this time because the flu nailed me to bed as soon as I arrived, but Émilie was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me as much as possible. Thank you for that.

Great apartment, our two dogs loved the huge enclosed garden. Apartment very clean and had everything we needed. Especially liked being able to park right outside and feel our belongings we left in car were safe, as we had a packed car. Secure coded gate to property was great. Look out for message when checking in for QR code as I missed that at first. Great stopover on our trip to Spain

A very good flexible welcome by Emilie & Benjamin who are very friendly. In the middle of nature with the wood burning stove since we went there in winter. Everything went well and our hosts were attentive and present in case of problems to light the fire or otherwise. Beautiful environment surrounded by nature. Close to the Domaine de la Pescheray and not far from Le Mans. I recommend these very welcoming hosts.

I stayed here for a night while on a long bike tour, and it was perfect for my needs... There was a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge and bed. Benoit was on site to give me a friendly welcome and it was quiet at night. Ideal!

A peaceful oasis! Quiet and peaceful, the accommodation is very large and suitable for a family, all the amenities are available "you feel at home" nothing is missing! Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!
