Come and stay in our well-designed apartment located in the center of La Roche-Chalais and just a dozen minutes from the equestrian centers of Chamadelle! This village has a bakery, butcher shop, pizzeria, newsstand and renowned restaurant within walking distance. The supermarket is less than 1 km away! The vineyards are about ten minutes away, Saint-Emilion is only about 30 minutes away, not to mention the cooperatives of Cognac and Bordeaux about an hour away.

In the historic center of Bourg, ideally located, between Place de la Halle and the Church, you can stay in our apartment and its green patio to visit our beautiful region, make a stop in the picturesque medieval village of Bourg, taste the wines of the Côtes de Bourg and enjoy the surrounding entertainment. Recently renovated, we are committed to offering you accommodation that combines the charm of the old and modern comforts.

Studio in the countryside

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this nice little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Cozy and furnished apartment.

Very nice small furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or more for workers on the move. A kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed (160 X 200), a bathroom with Italian shower, hanging toilet and sink. All on one level, but two steps to access it. Outdoor parking closed with electric gate. Down duvet, notify in case of allergy.

Lodge on the water in Dordogne

A floating lodge, lost in the middle of a private pond in the middle of nature. Here, no neighbors, no noise, just water, calm and koi carp gliding beneath your feet. Equipped with every comfort: double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, terrace, barbecue, video projector with Netflix/Prime, satellite wifi. Access by motorboat. No swimming, no fishing: just the pleasure of slowing down.

Cabin built mainly with salvage materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable interior design, suitable for both short stays and long stays. Ideal place to relax, work on a project, play board games (2 on site), enjoy a loved one, fish or stroll in nature (park, forest, vineyard)...
