Vacation rentals with a patio in La Garita

bellissimo appartamento, si tratta di una mansarda molto accogliente al secondo piano con un ampio terrazzo, arredato con gusto, cucina corredata di vari elettrodomestici, letto molto comodo, la zona è molto tranquilla, si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe, è vicino al viale principale di Vecindario dove ci sono moltissimi negozi di ogni genere, supermercati e locali. Jacinta ci ha riservato un'ottima accoglienza, in casa abbiamo trovato dolcetti, caffè in capsule e l'acqua naturale! Consigliatissimo!

Laura and Eleazar are excellent hosts. Communication is quick friendly and effective. We had a problem with the sofa bed and they did their best to solve it by sending a very nice maintenance person to check it out. The flat is chic, uncluttered and comfortable. The air con was easy to use. Great that it was so close to the beach and supermarkets. Multi story car parks are close by so perfect for having a hire car. I didn’t realise how big the city is and so how much city driving we would have to do but that’s not their fault! The flat is very well equipped. I loved the outdoor space. There are steps (about 7) to get to the flat so buggy and wheelchair users should be aware. We managed with the buggy but a wheelchair wouldn’t work. The lift to the 6th floor worked perfectly.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Mariela’s apartment. The flat is very charming, well decorated, fully equipped and super clean. You can see that the host has put special care in ensuring that you have a memorable stay at their property. The apartment is right in the middle of la Vegueta. The entire area is pedestrian, so it is very quiet, and there are a number of excellent restaurants just a few minutes by foot from the house. Mariela has been proactive and prompt in communicating with us, and provided all the necessary information before our arrival. It is possible to park nearby the apartment, however parking is payable and quite expensive. There is free parking further away from the house. Staying in Mariela’s apartment made our vacation in Gran Canaria very special. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Un encanto de apartamento, ideal para parejas. Bien ubicado, salida cercana a la autopista y sin problemas para aparcar. Es acogedor, cómodo y no falta de nada para los usos del día a día. La vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares y cuenta con mesa, sillas y tumbona para disfrutarla. Tufia es además un pueblecito tranquilo. Recomendamos sin dudar el apartamento de Eloina.

We really liked this place - it is spacious, clean and has a free parking available. There are also some shops and good restaurants within easy walking distance. The communication with Jacky was really nice and she was a very helpful host as well!

superbe petit appartement moderne de plein pied avec toute les commodités. bonne literie seul bémol pour moi les coussins pour dormir n'étaient pas confortable. magasin facile d'accès a peine à 100 mètre. grand parking à seulement 50 mètre du logement. bien situer pour visiter l'entièreté de l'île avec un véhicule. proche de l'aéroport (15 minutes en voiture) Luis est très gentil et réactif et compréhensif je recommande et nous y retourneront sans hésité

Wir (Paar, 63 Jahre alt) haben im Mai 2025 insgesamt 11 Nächte in Marias "Paradies" verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr geschmachvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine komplette Ausstattung. Von den Handtüchern über die Bettwäsche bis hin zur Kaffeemaschine war alles da und in wirklich guter Qualität. Besonder hervorzuheben ist das bequeme (wenn auch ziemlich schmale) Bett und die hervorragenden Kopfkissen. Der absolute Knaller ist natürlich die riesige Dachterrasse mit einem phänomenalen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Auch dort war alles an Mobiliar vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann...inklusive bequemer Polster.

Bonito sitio donde escaparse unos dias, todo lo que nesecitas en una habitacion, buenos sitios para comer en los alrededores y buena comunicacion con la anfitriona, esperamos volver!!

A mi estancia le doy un 10 y a Jesús como anfitrión le damos un 100. Vine con mi pareja a pasar un finde de desconexión, como no somos de aquí llegamos un poco más tarde porque se nos retrasó el vuelo pero Jesús estuvo en todo momento esperando a que llegáramos, fue súper atento y amable. Ya le pasamos vídeos a nuestro amigos, ellos vendrán porque les gustó y nosotros volveremos porque nos encantó. Sin lugar a dudas, no lo dudes y reserva este apartamento.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez David. David est un hôte remarquable, très réactif et très gentil! Malheureusement, la météo n’a pas été de notre côté et nous n’avons pas pu profiter du jardin et des espaces extérieurs qui étaient les raisons principales pour laquelle nous avions choisi ce logement… La maison n’en est pas moins agréable et bien équipée, le salon est idéal pour des soirées film et la literie est de très bonne qualité.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen, grosszügigen Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Excellent accomodation. Loads of space including a kitchen diner, very large separate sitting areas and a brilliant terrace. Both bedrooms have balconies one is en-suite. There is a decent bathroom next to the second bedroom and a nice downstairs loo too. You can even go up to the roof which has good views. The house is in a private gated close with free parking outside. It's a 50 metre walk to the house. The terrace has an extremely large oven and separate grill that you will not use unless you're feeding 20 plus people! Overall, the quality of the furnishings and all the little personal touches is excellent. The hosts live nextdoor and are easily contactable. We really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace – it was a true highlight! The area was very quiet, and the pool was perfect for relaxation. It felt like a little paradise. We were also particularly delighted by the chilled bottle of sparkling wine that awaited us—it was such a thoughtful touch!

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this apartment with my wife and our two small kids. The place was very clean and well-maintained, located in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely pool. It met all of our expectations. The host was also super helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We’d love to come back again sometime!

Paqui was so kind and helpful. The location is very close to the airport and yet was very quiet. We were worried that we would have to carry our luggage up a number of stairs given the pictures. However, access was quite easy and only involved 3 very manageable stairs.

El apartamento era como se describe en las fotos. Francisco tuvo detalles de súper anfitrión como dejar agua, leche, infusiones, café, croissants, mermelada, mantequilla y unas chocolatinas a la llegada. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Cordelia, mit vielen Wanderungen in der spektakulären Landschaft dieser Region! Cornelia ist eine sehr liebenswürdig Gastgeberin, kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste und und ist immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hat alles was man erwarten kann. Der Luxus von frisch vom Baum gepflückt Orangen und Zitronen ist toll. Durch das Gekrähe von Hähne und Pfauen in der Gegend sollte man sich nicht gestört fühlen. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist wunderschön! Die steile Zufahrt ist für ängstliche Autofahrer etwas herausfordernd, aber wer die Straßen in Gran Canaria befährt muß sowieso mutig sein! Vielen Dank für diese Zeit in deiner schönen Finka!

Fin praktisk lägenhet. Det är andra gången vi hyr av samma värd. Fint poolområde med bra pool. Finns alltid solstolar. Vår värd Cristina och hennes assistent Yolanda var mycket tillgängliga när vi hade frågor. Mycket trevlig restaurant med god mat och musik, precis i anslutning till hotellet.Nära till havet med långsträckt strand för bad och promenader. Fantastisk marknad precis utanför, både onsdagar och lördagar. Enda nackdelen är att vissa kvällar hörs högljudd musik från hotellet bredvid.

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Well located for trips into Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogán, the apartment was exactly as described. Well equipped, bright and clean the apartment made for a relaxing stay. It is worth noting that the apartment block is accessed via a steep hill and whilst there are lifts installed, you need to climb 2 flights of narrow stairs to access the apartment which could present a challenge for the elderly or families with a small child. The host was helpful and proactive with communications, providing clear instructions at every stage.
